Amazing and memorable experience. - The Driver Adriana, was very careful and made us feel very relaxed and comfortable on our journey to the drop off area and back to the hotel. She even shared her knowledge of the locals along the way. In addition she was very kind to offer to stop at shops and even assist us to locate an ATM. The tour guide; Luis did an amazing job as well. Very knowledgeable and professional at the same time assisting me with the difficult part of the hike.

Costa Rica Experience - Christopher and the team were awesome. The country was beautiful and we saw a lot of cute animals! Highly recommended for family and anyone !

However from the moment Chris picked us up our whole experience changed. He took us from the RIU PALACE HOTEL to SAN JOSE International AIRPORT. Great outdoor experience! - From the moment I contacted Chris about our upcoming trip, it has been a seamless planning thanks to Chris and his team. On time pickup from our hotel and amazing knowledge of the tour guides made our waterfall trip really enjoyable for the whole family. Highly recommend - Would like to highly recommend a very professional and friendly driver Christopher. We just returned from our trip and met Chris on accident because our guide hired him for the transfer. However from the moment Chris picked us up our whole experience changed. He took is to a local cafe for lunch, introduced us to awesome Costa Rican sodas - local eateries with simple but amazing food we would never know to try, gave us great insight into the country’s culture and history and overall was very friendly and professional. He was also totally flexible to our stop requests, changed in itinerary etc, which we loved and appreciated. He operates in the Guanacaste area but he picked us up from the Arenal area and generally will organize whatever you need from tours to lodging to restaurant recommendations etc. we had a lot of tours and guided experiences this vacation and Chris definitely stood out.

The reward is worth the journey! - This company is amazing. Our Driver Christopher was polite, knowledgeable, and professional. The transfer vehicle was comfortable and clean. Once at our tour location we were met by our tour guide Nervin. He had an amazing knowledge of the forest and shared many tidbits of information that were fascinating. Not only was our experience beautiful in it's scenery, but the adventure was a once in a lifetime experience. We felt well taken care of the entire time. We will never forget this wonderful day traversing the river, climbing ladders, and swimming to the waterfall. The reward was well worth the journey.

Never showed up! Took full payment too! - Terrible. Never showed up. What can I say? I booked this experience hoping for an amazing day. I prepaid and no one showed up and the telephone numbers associated with this booking didn’t work. I even had the hotel call. It’s terrible. The whole thing is terrible. Do not book.
