Beautiful hike, great exercise and learned a lot about local plants and animals! - This company was recommended by a friend who lives on Tortola, and I’m so glad that he did! I ended up going on 3 hikes with Kaleem as my guide, the Shark Bay tour; the Sage National Park tour and the Pineapple farm. Sef, the owner, communicated very well with me via text message and added me to the tour at the last minute. Really appreciate all the local knowledge about native plants and habitat. The hikes were challenging and led to some really beautiful places. Highly recommended! I’ll take more of the hikes the next time that I’m on island.

Great outdoor adventure in Tortola to the Bat cave - Our Guide, kalene??? Something like that. We are old, hearing not the best.lol Nice guy. 6'4 Was early for pickup. Very informative on history and things along the hike. We are 60s and most of the hike was easy for us. A few places required some technical climbing up boulders and such but we were fine. Good workout! Had us back in a timely manner Would not hesitate to go with this company again

Deeper View of Tortola - Sef Graham is the ultimate tour guide! He is very knowledgeable, thoughtful and personable. Our hike to the Bat Cave was one of the highlights of our trip to Tortola. It was a fun hike with some challenging rock scramble. We were rewarded with a lunch stop at the Bat Cave where we had a spectacular views of the coastline. Sef provided a yummy lunch of conch or salt fish patties, fresh fruit and lemonade. Along the hike, Sef talked about the plants and animals. We looked, smelled and tasted! When Sef learned my daughter had a gluten allergy, he immediately offered to take us to a local restaurant that grew its own produce and offered GF food. That restaurant, Irie Ites Ital, was delicious; another wonderful experience there. Sef’s thoughtfulness shines through in what he does - when he’s on time, took photos for us so we can focus on our experience, the side trip to the restaurant, the reusable lunch containers and the little cold towels! Sef gave us an experience we will never forget! Thank you Sef!

Disappointed - I scheduled a tour with Sef and Hike BVI weeks in advance and confirmed with him that everything was all set for Tuesday, July 5th at 9:00 a.m. We arrived in Tortola at the location he had sent us (Beans Coffee on the cruise pier) at 8:45 a.m. At 9:10 a.m. I sent him a message because he still wasn't there and I didn't receive a response. I walked to the area where the taxi's and tours were leaving from and asked if anyone knew a person named Sef with Hike BVI and they all said no. I went back to Beans where my husband had waited in case he showed up and we stayed there until 9:40 and then gave up. I never received an email or any notification that he wasn't coming, and my family was very disappointed because we were really looking forward to this hike.
