Amazing Tour and Awesome Guide - Sergio was an excellent guide. My husband and I were picked up promptly and supplied with all the gear we needed for the tour. I was nervous about this activity because I’m out of shape and not a “hiker” but Sergio was patient and kind. He didn’t rush me or make me feel bad when I wanted to stop for a quick break. Sergio is knowledgeable about the area and has a great sense of humor. I highly recommend the private tour with Sergio as your guide!

AMAZING Day - Franklin was an incredible guide and really looked after us. I was a bit slow going up the volcano but he kept coming back and checking on me. He taught us some salsa moved at the top and had the tunes going throughout. The boarding was AWESOME. I was scared but once I got going it was AMAZING. Would 💯 do this again and can't recommend it enough. We also got all the videos and photos he took within 24hrs.

Amazing experience - Amazing experience! We had our private tour with Miguel. He was very knowledgeable and made the experience a lot of fun! Definitely something you do not want to miss when visiting Nicaragua!

Incredible Cerro Negro Trip - Miguel was our guide....very knowledgeable. The hike took some effort but not difficult by any means. Plenty of stops for photo opps. The views are amazing to say the least

Fantastic tour - As someone who has travelled to over 90 countries now I have tried and tested various tours and day trips and i must say this was one of the best I have ever been on.
The organiser was very thorough explaining everything, he even went above and beyond his duty to take us to a separate tour straight after volcano boarding.
His photography and editing skills are what make this experience even more special.
More tour operators need to use this as a benchmark of how to operate fun and safe activities.

Team that goes above and beyond - End to end their team took care of every detail. Got us around 400 near professional photos and videos of the experience alongside an excellent guide and an amazing hike and experience. Highly recommend going with these guys. Those couple of extra dollars go a long way in getting quality service!

Best Excursion in Nica - Absolutely amazing! I can’t begin to say just how smooth and professional this tour company is. Sergio (our tour guide) is the best. You can tell he enjoys what he does, explained everything in detail, calmed me down because I was shook at first. Everything was just perfect! Must book!
P.S. I’m petrified of heights… but once you get going down the volcano, that goes away. And you really do control your own speed!

A Must Try!! - Sergio was great!! We booked this tour as a private group of 6.. They were super flexible since we were driving from San Juan Del Sur 4 hours away. Great communication, awesome equipment (I noticed the other groups didn't have as nice Jumpsuits), and very knowledgeable. So fun! Highly recommend

Once in a Lifetime - Franklin was very knowledgeable about the history of the area. He took care of us from the moment we boarded our bus to go to Cerra Negro. He has done this long enough to know the best way to have a great experience, from hiring a local to carry our boards up the mountain (they make money, we have the freedom of not carrying boards) to making his own boards and denim jumpsuits for the ride down. He played inspiring music for our hike up, and took fabulous photos and put together a professional little video of our trip. We had a blast with him, and really appreciated his knowledge.

Highlight of our trip - What a fantastic morning....the volcano looks daunting but its surprisingly an easy ascent. The wind keeps you cool and it utterly worth the effort. Franklin was exceptional, informative, friendly, energetic, with tunes to walk to, fabulous photos. Highly recommend. A must do experience.
