Private discovery tour. - Wonderful day, Private tour. Charles was exceptional providing us historical perspective visiting his beautiful North and Middle Caicos islands. Mudjin Harbor lunch and beach were fantastic. Conch caves were fascinating and fun to visit. Would definitely recommend if you want a day off Providenciales.

Recommend this tour - Nice to experience the other islands. Charles was a wonderful, knowledgeable tour guide. The caves were very interesting, and we had a great tour guide there, Jennifer. The beaches were beautiful. The lunch was good. Charles was flexible and took us to some additional spots as time allowed.

North and Middle Caicos! Fantastic! Charles is the best! - What an excellent trip we had. We were guided along by Charles who showed us the ins and outs of both North and Middle Caicos islands. The history he shared was fantastic and the views at Mudjin Harbor were almost unreal. Learning through getting to know other cultures and histories is priceless. We enjoy that the most. Charles was a great tour... - Charles was a great tour guide. The caves were fascinating and the beaches were remarkable. The lunch at Dragon Qay was also very good, which was a little surprising because the view was also very good.

Great day trip - Great tour! Charles, our guide, was a local to the area and had a lot of great information regarding history, culture, and specifics to the islands. Although it was raining, they kept our tour reservations as we were leaving the next day and could not reschedule. Charles made the best of it with his stories, humor, and flexibility. We drove the road by the shore of Bottle Creek which was amazing. The sun out would have made it next level, but still beautiful.

Different experience when in Turks! - Very different day than our boat excursions, but loved our guide Charles and the whole family really enjoyed the day. We got picked up and ferried to North Caicos and then went to middle Caicos. As a group, we decided to skip the plantation as it had rained, was muddy and full of mosquitos, but got to tour the island communities and see some other cool spots. We all loved the cave and so many stunning / beautiful beaches that were basically empy! Glad we had sunscreen and bug spray! Wish we had beach shoes/ flip flops-- the cave had slippery parts, but otherwise flip flops would have been better for the beach (we all had sandy socks at the end of the day!) Would definitely recommend for something different to see and do!

Poor communication from your operator - The tour itself with Charles was absolutely wonderful. This issue we had with communication before the tour occurred, which is why I have chosen 3 stars. I reached out to the tour company multiple times asking about meeting and how to get ferry information. We ended up paying for ferry tickets which should have been included in our tour. They texted me at 9:30am when I was already on the ferry. No direction or response and made it not an enjoyable experience due to no direction. I loved Charles and the tour itself but tour was pricey enough without having to come out of pocket another $120 for ferry tickets that should have been included.

Canceled….10 minutes before pickup - Granted September is low season - but we signed up for this tour and excited to see two other islands. The tour was cancelled due to lack of people - which we can understand- but we weren’t notified until 10 minutes before our scheduled pickup time. We had reached out about a pickup question - and that’s when we were told. It seems like they would have a pretty clear sense at close of business the night before that there wasn’t enough people. It was disappointing (And yes we did refunded)
