Awesome 3 hour adventure. - It was a great 3hr adventure. You'll see lots turtles, iguanas, conchs and occasional lemon shark. Bryce was an awesome guide. You will be towed to the mangroves where you can kayak around for about an hour on your own but there are quite a bit of people kayaking and paddle boarding around. Then you'll be towed to Iguana Island before getting towed back. Definitely be prepared to get wet on the tour

Kayaking with sea turtles! - Such a fun excursion! Our guide (Innocent) was excellent and very knowledgeable about the sights we were seeing but the best part was having sea turtles swimming along side of us and under our kayaks! Would do again if we could!

A decent tour with a knowledgeable guide in Bryson, but we got somewhat hungry and tired - Great tour led by Bryson that both Caribbean Cruisin and the broker (TCI Experiences) were gracious enough to reschedule for the end of our week stay because of bad weather. The tour itself was an excellent biodiversity excursion, featuring baby lemon sharks, sea turtles, and a conch - all abundantly present in the "nursery" that is Mangrove Cay. The conch was in particular memorable, as we had the opportunity to look at the living mollusc close-up and learn about it from both a biological and cultural perspective (i.e. its importance to the original/early people of Turks & Caicos in the wider context of the ocean as the sustainer of their livelihood). The tour of Iguana Island was also a great way to see the results of a successful effort in species resuscitation. A couple of things would have really made this experience stand out, however: (1) we wish some snacks had been provided along with the water (or at least advice to pack our own, in advance) (2) we had little to no time at the reef to look for stingrays, and (3) we had no break time (we did observe other groups we had run across during the tour who were able to stop and relax on the Cay or in the waters near the reef)

Great for beginners - This experience is tailored to beginner kayakers, so it was just ok for us. Bryson was great, however ! If you are a beginner, you should definitely give this a try.

We sank! - We were two heavy ppl and they out us on one kayak. While i say the water was almost at the end of the boat, i trusted the guide they knew what they were doing. They connected all the kayaks and had a jet ski to lead us to cross the load launch, as big boats passed us, the waves filled our kayaks in a matter of seconds and we sank!!! I immediately put my bag with the phone and car keys up and thanks to the life jacket, was able to keep it dry. My husband who had its phone in a shorts pocket had worse luck. Them they changed our seating moving the back seat where my husband sat forwards and we felt better. But my husband greet were pressed by my seat and were getting numb. We have had great half hour padding through the mangrove forest. We saw many turtles and other marine life. But going back using this train of connected boats with jet ski at the front was difficult. My husband feet were getting numb. By the time we came, he could don’t feel his feet and had to crawl upwards from the kayak. I’m sorry. But experience guide would not have given us one kayak for two. We saw other companies who had heave ppl single in a boat. We should have had the same.

Kayak lovers should know - This is a tough review to write. All in all we ended up having a fun day and our guide Bryson was lovely but I just want others to know that this isn’t a 3-hour kayaking tour. I love kayaking and, the way the tour is structured, the total time kayaking the mangroves and seeing turtles was about 40 minutes. The rest of the time was hanging out waiting in the water (our kayak had to be replaced) or getting ferried - all tied together from the dock to the mangroves or from the mangroves to iguana island or from iguana island back to the dock. Mind you the day which was more like 4.5 hours was beautiful, the water was warm and the sun was shining so who can complain. Just want other kayak lovers to know that this really isn’t a 3-hour kayak expedition.

Disappointing - Over many years relying on Tripadvisor/Viator in many locations, this was the first certifiably terrible experience. It was supposed to be a mangrove tour (which we had done before with a different tour operator so we knew what to expect) but we never went into the mangrove. Instead 90% of the time we were towed in our kayaks by a Jetski. One kayak sunk and the Jetski had to be replaced because it became partially submerged. It was windy the day we went--it would have been much better for the tour operator to simply cancel the outing if it was too windy and/or tide conditions didn't permit paddling in the actual mangroves.
