Great way to see Bora Bora! - My wife and I had a great time! She chose to ride behind me, and even stayed there when she had the opportunity to switch places with me half-way into the tour. This is a great way to see Bora Bora from all the angles! You also get a break during the tour to go to a motu and learn a little about the culture. They showed us how to open a coconut and to sample the core coconut. Afterward, you go back to the jet ski and zoom back to the starting place! Our guides were very nice and helpful to all guests of all skill levels of riding!

Fun experience on jet skis. - This was a very fun experience! You jet ski around the main island. The jet skis are very stable and comfortable. You have a sealed compartment for your phone and camera as well as a locker at the business to put your belongings. Our guide was very good. He continues to work on his English so sometimes he misunderstands what you are asking. Stopping at the motu for fresh coconut was a highlight.

- We had a great afternoon jet ski excursion with Moana Adventure Tours. After getting picked up at the Conrad and transferred to their HQ, we went through an instruction/orientation session before getting on the water. As a jet ski novice, I felt safe and confident in keeping up with the group (I was definitely the slow one though…) and was able to focus on having fun! Stopping for photo ops and enjoying a coconut, along with the spectacular 360 degree views, made for a highlight of our trip!

Sports outing - Very good equipment and Service to pick us up and take us back to the hotel. Security with a guide for 4 people A small bottle of water is included in the price for the outing Coconut demonstration on motu The youngest of the guides was very selective about clients and was not very respectful in his words (pity).... surely tired of doing this every day!

Not a great activity for unskilled jet skiers. - If you like to go 50+ kilometers nonstop in the ocean with huge scary waves, this is the activity for you. My daughter was driving our jet ski and was trying not to hurt me or throw us off so she slowed down on occasion and we were left in the dust. It was hard to find the tour guide and 2 other jet skis in the open ocean around Bora Bora when we would get so far behind. At the end of the 2 hours (of pure torture), my daughter said, "I felt like we were just tag-a-longs on someone else's tour and not our own." She had been soooo excited before the tour and after the first half hour she wanted it to end. She's 20 and has driven jet skis many times but not with gigantic waves hitting her and the tour guide out of sight. If the tour guide pointed out anything, we missed it.

Beware of Open ended 100 Euro per day waiver clause - Before booking with this provider be careful... they will take your payment 1st and then send you a waiver agreement (after payment is completed) their waiver goes far beyond what other companies waivers require...If you are busy enjoying your vacation you may not catch it until it is too late to cancel!!! Most waivers say you must pay for any damage you may cause, which is common and acceptable, but this company's waiver IS VERY open ended. They have added a "loss of service" clause that says they can charge your credit card 100 Euro per day until they decide the "loss of service" period has ended...For example if you run over seaweed and the impeller is damaged you could be paying for the parts, repair, PLUS 100 Euros per day for days, weeks...? while that ski is "out of service"... ? When I called and said I was fine to sign their waiver agreeing to pay for any damage if they crossed out the open ended "100 Euro per day loss of service" clause, and if that was not acceptable to the company, I requested that they simply refund me or at least part of my payment. They said their waiver could not be changed and I would not get any refund... Viator should provide the waiver required by the service provider up front, prior to payment so the customer can decide if they want to complete the transaction. Once the payment is taken, you are locked in and you have no recourse. Like most travelers I book lots of activities & tours during my frequent travels and understand a waiver that covers damages caused by the customer, but I was not comfortable with signing an open ended agreement. I feel at least I should be able to read what I am agreeing to at the time of booking & prior to paying for the service.
