Una passegiata - Sara was our tour guide and she was wonderful. A fountain of knowledge and some quirky facts about Lecce and its history. the tour was just what we wanted as Wendy and I had no real understanding of the area and its history. Thoroughly recommended. Brava.

Ten out of ten walking tour with Sarah - Yesterday we spent 2 hours strolling through the Old Town of Lecce with Sarah the most enthusiastic , informative and interesting guide! Sarah made the time fly by as we learned the fascinating history of Lecce! As it was so hot there was just my husband and me with delightful Sarah. We highly recommend Sarah’s walking tour!

Take a stroll with Sarah…you won’t regret it… - We can’t recommend Sarah’s tour enough. It was the highlight of our trip to Lecce. We had spent the afternoon before falling in love with the city of Salento but hadn’t really understood the depth and history to the place - this all changed when we had our stroll with Sarah. She was engaging, fully knowledgeable about the history and culture of Lecce and Salento and totally brought the city alive for us by describing and detailing the many layers of the history of the city. What a talent - she even brought round our reluctant, tired teenagers who, by the end of it, was also singing Sarah’s praises. Don’t miss out, take a stroll with Sarah - she’s the real deal and has actually worked as an archeologist in Rome so really knows her stuff.

A very interesting experience in Lecce - We were only three at this great city tour, very informative. Not boring and dull, but lively and refreshing. Gladly again.

Highly recommend - well worth it. - Highly recommend this walking tour. Sara is very knowledgeable and her enthusiasm for the town and its history is infectious. Her English is impeccable and she works hard to make the tour interesting, answering questions you have as you go along. Well worth it and we enjoyed seeing the buildings, food and local wares in a new light with our new found knowledge.

Sarah is amazing! Highly recommend - I think the world of Sarah! She is such a passionate guide to her city, Lecce. From details about the baroque architecture to stories about Irene to the depictions of animals and people’s professions beneath balconies, Sarah provided a perspective rich in history that I would not have otherwise gained. Despite it being very hot, Sarah found the shady areas with amazing views. You should ask her for local recommendations on food and gelato, too ;) 5 stars
