Loved the Neon Museum! - We loved this tour! Great way to see the Vegas lights at night, fun facts provided throughout the tour and enjoyed seeing the vintage neon signs at the boneyard!! Diego, our guide, was great. Stopped at the Welcome to Las Vegas sign for pix.

Fun - Very interesting. They are building a bigger Neon Museum. It should be fantastic! Some of the signs were not lit here.

Combo Tour - Every city I travel to I look at the Viator app. To see what tours are available in that location. I stayed in Vegas and this time through Viator. I found a Las Vegas Neon museum, tour combination with a big bus that would take you up and down the strip, and this was in the evening, so it would be great timing. I follow the directions on the ticket as far as location to meet up with a big bus which was at Treasure Island. The directions were spot on. I had no problem finding it. I stayed at the Westgate Hotel and Casino and took an Uber directly over to the location of the Big Bus. Derek was the driver for the bus and scan my phone and I popped on and got up on top of the bus where the seating was also located it was about 80° outside and it was in the evening was about 8 o’clock perfect weather. Derek provided everybody with ear phones to plug into your seat location to listen to listen to the narrator talk about the locations up and down the strip. We started out from Treasure Island going south down the strip and drove all the way to the Neon Museum, which we stopped at probably has about 45 minutes to look around and it is impressive to see, especially if you are looking at older signs and remember the yesterday years of the Vegas strip. Took many photographs of the park and just an FYI there are restrooms available and there is a gift shop that has quite a bit of stuff for sale. So after about 45 minutes, we had we back to the strip and we went north all the way down to the welcome to Las Vegas sign at the very very entrance of the strip. It’s over by the airport. We stay there about 40 minutes or so and then we headed back downtown on the strip south and the strip was super crowded with traffic and people walking. It was impressive. Anyway we got back to Treasure Island and we completed the trip. It was roughly 10:30 something in that in that area 10:45 had a great time would definitely do it again. I am certainly glad that somebody had the foresight to save all these signs And everything from Las Vegas yesterday year.

I was expecting a lot more of the former hotel/casino signs. I guess I wanted more razzle dazzle. It was fine once - It was fine once. It was arranged nicely. There were signs in front of the displays which provided great information. When it became dark out it was really cool to see the lit signs up close. I was hoping for more signs/ornamental pieces from the demolished hotel/casinos. There were several things that I knew nothing about so it wasn’t as interesting to me. We did take a tour but honestly it wasn’t necessary. Just self guided would have been plenty of information. The gift shop was nice. They had a lot of merchandise but I was disappointed they didn’t carry all of the hotel/casino names from the tour. I would have liked to have purchased something with Riviera on it. That was the first place I stayed when I visited Vegas. Now that it is gone that would have been a nice souvenir. At least I got a photo of the sign illuminated. The staff were very nice and they were all helpful. I can tell they take a lot of pride in their museum. It is a good easy activity It was neat to see but not something I would go back to.

No refund for false advertising! - Horrible. Misleading in what you’re purchasing, no refund nor even delivery on part of their promise. Ordered tickets for the neon museum admission, instead was put on a bus tour. The day we were going to the museum found out it was for a bus tour, tour company said our tickets for the museum were already purchased and they would try to give us a refund of the difference. That was a lie we had no admission to the museum. Was then told to go through Viator for a refund, contacted Viator was told I would have to go through the bus tour company. Explained the situation Viator sent an email on our behalf requesting a refund of the $178 that was mistakenly charged for a neon bus tour (it was a bus tour WITH admission to the museum) was told we could still get in the museum and would be refunded the difference, that too was a lie we had to purchase additional tickets to the museum. Viator then denied our refund. So we are now OUT $178 plus the additional $70 we had to pay to enter the museum (that was part of the package initially that they misleadingly charged us for). Very misleading in what you are purchasing from them and definitely will take your money and leave you high and dry. Scammers all around.
