This is a very cool tour.... - This is a very cool tour. The neon museum is neat and you get to see the strip and the Fremont street area. Make sure to bring a jacket during the cooler months as it can get cool on the top of the bus but the view is worth it

Good tour - Loved the Neon Museum. It was great to see the history and learn about the signs. I had never been to the Vegas sign, and also loved the upper deck bus tour downtown.

A great way to spend an evening! - We went on a cold Monday and had the whole bus to ourselves! The bus driver was kind and the tour was lovely. While pre-recorded, we enjoyed the tour information and found it informative and interesting. The museum itself was cool! Smaller than we thought it would be, but super interesting. As a note, no DSLR cameras are allowed- just cell phones.

Great Experience - Although road traffic was horrible because of formula 1 that delayed us, the experience was great! Tha

Recommended - We enjoyed the city lights of Vegas. Somewhat amazing. We would have liked to have seen more of the old Neon signs lit up, but all in all very enjoyable.

Dull - not so Neon - Really enjoyed bus tour and driver was excellent - really disappointed with Neon museum as more a case of what you can't do rather than can do - walked around museum in less than 15 minutes and very few members of staff available giving more of an insight to lights - had to be reliant on reading information cards in the dark which were not well illuminated to view - would have enjoyed moreso with human interaction. Great to visit iconic Las Vegas sign at nightime 👌

Fun but small venue. - It was fun to see some of the old signs from days gone by. A little disappointed it was smaller than anticipated. I would recommend for a first time visitor. Probably wouldn’t go back unless they added more signs. We didn’t select other options they offered with a tour.

Scam... - We booked this tour via Viator. We arrived at the pick up point at the allotted time but bus failed to arrive. Tried to ring the number on the email but there was no connection. Contacted them to see about a refund and got fobbed off. Not happy with these at all. They scammed me out of $178 and the Big Bus tour Co. told me to contact Viator who were very polite, but still no help and refused to issue a refund. Disgusting!
