Great Tour - This was the perfect tour for seeing the strip and surrounding area. If you don’t have a car but you want to see the city, this is the way to go.

Disappointing small things make big difference - Needs to have a better speaker system a couple of people asked to turn volume down as it was so distorted you couldn’t understand what was being said which was disappointing apparently not able to adjust it and a few more stops would be good but you do get a good look around

Big bus las vegas - The trip needs to have more stops. Drives past too many places of interest and too far to walk back. However the guide Dez was amazing!! Full of interest as well as personal stories with just the right personality

STRANDED IN 41 DEGREE HEAT - We decided that this would be the best way to see the sights especially in the 41 degrees heat. However we hopped off at the Strat hotel and went to hop back on the next bus which was due in approx 1hour. We waited over 90mins and the bus did not turn up! We had to walk in the blistering heat to the next hotel and get a taxi back to the hotel we were staying out. We paid $114 for this service and we got left marooned at the Strat which is out on a limb, miles away from our hotel. Disastrous service all round.

Big bus never showed refund my money - We stayed at the Golden Nugget an there is a hop on an off stand .We waited for hours on Saturday June 21st nothing I had purchased a 48 hour pass because we were looking forward to seeing Vegas it was also our 5 year Anniversary. Well we kept checking every other hour an nothing so I cancelled my tickets so I'm waiting for my refund.....An I haven't received it yet so I will be calling first thing this morning.

No AC on the bus! - I have been on many of these types of tours and this was not a good experience. The temperature was in the triple digits and no AC on the bus. This detail should be highlighted. We cut our tour short because I started to get nauseous due to the heat. There were elderly people on the bus and I was worried someone was going to get sick. The stops are too far apart. There is quite a walk between stops.

Check the details of the bus schedule prior to your visit - We bought the 24 hour tickets with the anticipation that we could use the tickets for 24 hours, as Las Vegas is open 24 hours. We went to the strip at 4:00 because it was so hot. Did not realize the buses stop at 4:00. Had dinner and then looked for the bus stop which took us 30 minutes to find. Only to discover that there is only one night time bus at 7:00. We were unable to use our very expensive tickets. We looked at the website prior and did not see these details. We are hoping to get a refund. We would have loved to do the tour as this was our first trip to Vegas.

Bus didn’t come back, ended up using an Uber - We have used hop on hop off buses all over the world and this was our first bad experience We waited at stop 3 for over an hour and still no bus, so ended up getting an Uber Several other groups had to do the same thing

Waiting.. - Waiting, waiting...took almost 1 hour to get people into busses 22nd April Las Vegas nighttour. I have never seen such incompetence.
