Great Experience with a great pilot. - Pilot was competent and professional. He was also funny and entertaining. I drove to the glass walk way from Las Vegas before. The helicopter ride was way better. Get the VIP tickets and pass the line.

Kudos - Dalton was our captain and is very good at what he does. We were all first timers and he made the ride comfortable and exhilarating!! Kudos to Dalton for meeting and exceeding our first time helicopter experience Minnesotans!! Ya..you betcha

One more off the bucket list - Awesome trip and great pilot! The views from the helicopter were exceptional, highly recommend tour. Hotel pick and drop off went off without a hitch and was perfectly on time.

5 Star Grand Canyon helicopter tour. - Arthur, our pilot, was a great host and made the journey fun. I will book another trip with 5 Star on my return visit. Just an overall great trip to see the uniquely amazing Grand Canyon!

Absolutely Amazing! - Information about the trip was easy to access. Pick up was on time and very comfortable. When we arrived we were greeted warmly and efficiently. The pilot, Travis, was amazing and we felt very relaxed with him. He had the right amount of talking and guiding us with leaving us to observe the wonderful views. The flight was truly spectacular! When we arrived at the skywalk we were greeted by a guide who gave us a great deal of information on the surrounding areas, including plants and animals and took photos when we wanted then, all whilst keeping to a time schedule. We were straight onto the skywalk, with no waiting, which was great, although the view was truly spectacular even without it. On the flight back, we were able to sit in the front of the helicopter which was an even more intense experience. Had time back at the terminal to shop and make sure we got our photos. Thank you!

Disgusting experience at checking - My friend and I booked a tour to experience the Skywalk. Best tour we've ever experienced in our life. Thank you and to the pilot Chad.
1. Getting picked up at our hotel from Venetian. The driver was quite didn't talk much but once we arrived at 5star terminal driver arm strong all the passengers for a mandatory gratuity. Driver's description middle eastern decent.
2. Checking in, my friend and I were at the end of the line so we were last to check in it started out by a warm welcoming the agent asked for our photo ID's took our weight and explained what we are about to experience in the tour we booked, perfect introduction until she offered more service by offering good time adult service to me and my friend for later that day for a price. At first we thought she was joking and just laughed it off. 3 hours later we returned from our tour again the same lady reminded us the offer she presented to me and my friend. Disgusting experience. Agent name Ashley that's the name I saw on her badge.
3. Returning back to our hotel at the Venetian same driver arm strong us again for a mandatory gratuity. Gratuity should be earned not to be asked. Bad business mado.
I will be reporting this very disgusting experience to the FAA and will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
