A non-legal wedding ceremony, engagement ceremony, vow renewal, or commitment/friendship ceremony does not require a marriage license.
A legal wedding ceremony requires a Clark County marriage license, which can be obtained at the Clark County Regional Justice Center from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. Midnight, 7 days a week.
To acquire the marriage license, both partners must be present with a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license or passport). The Coordinator is available to assist with the process, if needed.
