Marvin and Luis provided... - Marvin and Luis provided outstanding service. I was concerned about the long day, but Marvin’s humor and wealth of knowledge of the landscape and its history made the time go by quickly. Upper Antelope Canyon is one of the most beautiful places I have ever been. It is like walking through a temple.

I had an awesome... - I had an awesome experience visiting Antelope canyon and horseshoe bend. Thankful that the weather allow us to experience this journey. The driver Bruce And tour guide Marvin are both awesome. Marvin is a very knowledgeable and an experienced tour guide. He gave us a lot of background information about the 2 places we visited. I highly recommend this trip to all travelers and it is worth the money you spent. Also our tour guide inside the antelope canyon is very nice taking our pictures and knows the best spot for picture taking. Our group is lucky to have him. Because of him, we have great pictures. Don’t miss to include this trip when you visit Las Vegas.

A Feast For The Eyes - The destination to Horseshoe Bend and Antelope Canyon was stellar. The photos I have seen of both places pales in comparison to actually seeing it with your own eyes and just being there. Our tour bus guide, Ita, was very personable and knowledgeable about pointing out certain features along the way. Our guide at Antelope Valley, Bambi, gave us a fun classroom style demonstration of how the sandstone forms and the shapes they take on over a period of time. She also knew all of the best places to capture the most interesting shots inside the canyon and took the time to take photos of everyone that wanted one. We absolutely lucked out by getting Bambi as our expert Dine guide. Her presence made our tour so much better than if we went on a self-guided tour. We would have missed so much. For all these reasons, I gave 5 stars. However, I did have two issues. Since I booked this tour through Trip Advisor, all updates and communications came from Trip Advisor and not the tour company. The problem was that the link to reply to the email message was never live. When I received the email asking me to notify the tour company which type of sandwich I preferred, I had to call the tour company directly. I spoke with a man named Javier. I gave him my name and confirmation number, and I told him that I wanted the roast beef sandwich. He told me that he made a note on it, and I thought I was all set. However, when Ita picked up our lunches, my name was not among those that also requested the roast beef sandwich. And although the turkey was fine, I would have preferred the roast beef that I took the time to request. I realize that was not Trip Advisor's fault, but had the reply links been live, I wouldn't have needed to call in the first place. The other complaint is the message that I received from Trip Advisor informing me to look for the bus with the National Park Express emblem on the outside of the bus, and that my bus would be B. I arrived at the tour bus area outside TI shortly after 5am, so I wouldn't be late. One-by-one, the buses started to arrive. I saw a bus with the National Park Express emblem on it, but that was the A bus. It was after 5:20am, and there were 5 or 6 buses there, but none of the other said National Park Express. Wanting to be sure nothing had happened to my bus or being left behind, I approached the driver of bus A, and he pointed to the small unmarked black van in front of it. Only the, did I see the driver holding a sign saying B. I confirmed who I was and took my seat. But had I not inquired on my own, I could have been left behind. If Trip Advisor had informed me to look for a smaller unmarked black van/bus, then that's what I would've looked out for. If Trip Advisor had no way of knowing what type of vehicle was actually going to pick us up, then they need to communicate more clearly with the actual tour operator so that when the information is disseminated to the booked passengers, we know exactly what to look for. I didn't even realize that Trip Advisor had sent me another email saying that my driver was looking for me until after I was aboard the van/bus. And they still didn't say to look for a smaller unmarked black vehicle. For this, I should have left a 4 star rating, but the destination was too awesome not to leave a perfect 5 star rating. But clearly, better specifics and live reply links needs to be worked on.

Excellent day with plenty of unforgottable memories - This day tour was well planned and tight to schedule, yet we managed to see a lot of scenic views. Our tour guide John explained each and every, even silly question, in an easy and understandable manner, including a significant amount of humor. Canyon accessibility ɓy steep stairs could be a challenge for the elderly with walking disabilities. Promised rattlesnakes were hidden well and did not show upon us :)
