Factual, friendly, funny, fantastic - Absolutely fantastic, Michael the guide and Roberto the driver. Both really friendly and really helpful. Michael had all the knowledge needed and more, was funny, friendly and down to earth. Roberto the driver Absolutely fantastic driving the the park on the narrow roads and didn't fall off the cliffs. Both Faultless and a credit to the tour company

Amazing sightseeing tour to see the real Lanzarote - Great full day trip, we were picked up at 8:45 in Costa Teguise and then more pick ups at PDC and Yaiza, our guide Roland and as very knowledgeable about the areas we passed thought and throughout the day at the places we visited, then off to the Timanfaya national park, hopped off the bus to so demonstration how hot the ground is at the top then back on the bus for a drive around the park. This is the only way to see the park and I am glad we were on the tour bus as the queue by car was over two hours. The driver was as amazing manoeuvring the big coach around the narrow windy roads. When we finished there we headed to the local vineyard to sample some Lanzarote wine, would have like to have popped to the museum next door but just not enough time. But somewhere to visit in future. Then a spot of lunch, which wasn’t included in trip price, but it was only €15 for a buffet of chicken, meatballs, salad and pasta there and as also a jug of red wine and water on the table and other drinks available in the bars at an additional cost
Then off to Cueva de los Verde which was amazing but be prepared for ducking down when walking through the tunnels and so low spots. Finally off to Jameos de agua again amazing place to end the day.
Dropped back at 17:30
Cost of trip was €89 but when you factor in the entrance fee to the attraction it worked out good value for money

Premium Tour Experience – Timanfaya National Park & More - We took the Premium Tour and visited Timanfaya National Park, an unforgettable experience. The bus ride through the lava fields—once molten and flowing—is truly impressive. One of the highlights was visiting a spot where extremely high temperatures exist just below the surface. A fascinating demonstration showcased the intense heat of the earth in this area of the park. Our driver and guide were very helpful. The guide was excellent, providing information in four languages!
Afterwards, we stopped at a craft market and enjoyed a wine tasting before heading to Haría, a charming small town where we had lunch. Please note that lunch is not included in the tour; it costs €15 per adult and €10 per child. The meal is served buffet-style, allowing you to eat as much as you like. It also includes a 2-liter bottle of water and a jug of red wine.
In the afternoon, we explored La Cueva de los Verdes, a breathtaking volcanic cave formed by ancient lava flows. Walking through this underground marvel was both impressive and beautiful. Later, we visited Jameos del Agua, another stunning volcanic formation, though here is shorter compared to La Cueva de los Verdes.
Tour Details:
- Duration: Full-day tour
- Pick-up: 9:00 AM from your hotel
- Drop-off: 6:00 PM
Tips for the Tour:
✔️ In La Cueva de los Verdes, you will need to descend stairs and crouch at certain points.
✔️ The cave can be dark in some areas.
✔️ Wear comfortable clothing and walking shoes.
✔️ Bring cash or a bank card for souvenirs (and tips for the driver and tour guide).
This tour was a fantastic way to experience Lanzarote’s unique volcanic landscapes and cultural highlights. Highly recommended!

Please sort out the admin... - Overall - a great day, and I'd recommend it. It was let down by a couple of things, which *should* be fairly easy to sort out! Our pick up point was (and I've copied this directly):
HOTEL HESPERIA PLAYA DORADA ( Phone box )
That hotel doesn't exist - and hasn't for several years - we worked out that it's the one called "Dreams" now. The phone box doesn't exist either, although a careful inspection of the pavement reveals where one probably was!
So we were not at all sure we were in the right place (and met several other couples who were sharing the same anxiety)!
The "wine tasting" is simply a single, small shot of an unknown (and very average) beverage - a bit of miss-selling there.
Be aware, also, that this is not for folks with limited mobility. Not a problem for us, but felt sorry for some elderly ladies who couldn't manage some of the climbing about.
Roland, our guide, was excellent!

Some great aspects, shame about the wine tasting and lunch (which is extra) - Totally enjoyed this excursion. Full day and well worth the money.
Absolutely loved the volcanos and lava caves, just stunning. Amazing what this world has to offer, and that eerie feeling that this was once an active volcano and should we actually be here .
Wine tasting: nit sure I would call it that! More like a quick toilet stop and offered a small shot of some kind of white wine. No sampling of other wines, was expecting something more. Felt like we were shipped in and out.
Lunch was not enjoyable, no option to view what is on the menu before you pay the €15. No real chance of ‘all you can eat’ as too rushed. Was literally herd us in, eat and hurry back to the coach.
If I did this trip again I would have ventured around the village and ate elsewhere. Very picturesque village.
Tour guide was very knowledgeable and helpful as was the driver.

5 stars for the park 1 star for the bus - Beautiful views. You really have to. Too bad the windows are tinted because the photos shoot blue/green. And it is a SHAME that for 22€/person, there is no air conditioning on the bus, despite the claim of a passenger. One person even felt bad. Maybe we were unlucky, but still.

Disappointed - The itenary looked awesome, was looking forward to the volcanoes/Green Lagoon/wine tasting etc but spent no more than 20 to 25 mins at each place, felt rushed and herded through. Lady guide was nice enough but did not understand or hear her properly and was very dull. Lunch was good value and free jug of red wine or should I say vinegar! Compared to other tours I have been on this one was disappointing.

Coach never arrived! - Coach never arrived at hotel. No excursion. No communication. Company not answering phone. Hotel gave us our deposit back but half a day holiday wasted

Waste of time from Costa Teguise - From Costa Teguise this tour was a waste of time. An 8.40am pick up to go 1.5h in the wrong direction to change bus in Puerto del Carmen and travel all the way back to basically where we started - hours of travel seeing nothing but multiple hotel pick ups and drop offs.
