Whale watching excursion - A magnificent and highly recommended experience to enjoy nature and whale watching Tenerife, very good attention by the crew and excellent food.

Super blissful relaxing getaway - One super nice trip...the crew was friendly. A loose atmosphere, blissful with the beds, not the feeling of crowds but relaxing. Nice tapas. I'll do this again next year. It was really great. Just a pity, the Pepsi max did not go. And I only drink this🙈

Wonderful, really enjoyed - Wonderful boat ride to Los Cristianos. Saw many dolphins/pilot whales. The whole boat crew were so friendly & help. The food & drinks were really good as well. Highly recommend ☺️

Recommended - An amazing boat, very comfortable and the crew lovely. We dropped a mobile into the sea and they helped us everything they could to recover it. Leaving aside the incident, a highly recommended experience. Very good food and very respectful of animals. We will certainly repeat.

A great experience! Highly recommend :) - We had a lovely time with fivestarboat! We were on the morning slot which we highly recommend more as there’s less people than the afternoon one. 4 hours was a generous amount of time for boating, spent the first hour and half or so searching and we were lucky to come across some whales! Staff/crew came round with cheese platters and were quite attentive. After that, we stopped for about 45 minutes for some lunch and for a swim. Waves were not that choppy but there were rings to hold if you’re not a confident swimmer. The lunch was lovely, not sure about veggie or vegan options as we never asked but i’m sure they would be able to cater if you do! There was a sweet/cakes platter on the way back and unlimited soft drinks were included in the general price. You can upgrade to VIP beds & get a free towel and other things but we were happy on the nets :) Overall a very good experience and we recommend!

100% recommend, great boat, great crew and great itinerary - Absolutely fantastic trip. Went with partner and 8 month old and could not have been better.The transfer was right on time and greeting us at the hotel entrance in a really friendly professional manner. The boat was fantastic and the crew really took care of us from the moment we boarded to the moment we got off. The two highlights were seeing a pod of whales and spending a good half an hour with them and then swimming and diving off the boat in a nice quiet bay. For us I feel it was absolutely worth the upgrade to the Balinese bed on the side as it gave us room to spread out a little and be a family. In our own space. All in all it’s definite must do and would 100% recommend to anyone. Remember to take swimming stuff and a snorkel is recommended for the crystal clear waters

Not 5star unless you pay extra - Pros-seen whales and dolphins, food and drinks ok, good transfer pick up and drop off. Cons-staff abrupt and rude, unless you’ve paid the extortionate amount for beds/VIP experience you are sat in the middle of the boat and it’s very difficult to get to the edges for photos/viewing etc as the beds are around the outside. Seats obviously over sold so that people are pressured into paying more for a bed once onboard. They will allow the seat paying paupers to sit on the edge of empty beds but they are not allowed to relax or lean back without being reprimanded like a child by staff or being forced to pay extra. Very much like the Prince and the Paupers. Staff unhelpful in assisting passengers on and off the boat. Very little commentary or information and what was provided was a token gesture that felt grudgingly provided. Toilets were disappointing and overall I felt like I was part of some kind of social class division project for 4 hours.

NOT A GOOD DAY - Seats in the wrong place. beds taking some much space. We did no eat anything as was difficult to move around the boat. We had great experience on boats trips before like Portugal and Cyprus but this one was really bad. The staff were kind very we were surprised that no one was checking when people went for a swim. David should speak a bit louder on the micro as no one understand what he was saying the worse is the seats situation they are not facing the front of the boat so a lot of people were sick.
