a place to enjoy as a family - It was a nice experience in the snow, very well organized and with very friendly staff (guides) must go warm and rent their special clothes.

Farellones: The adventure in the snow for those who want fun, not professional skiing. - The park is an ideal destination for those who want to have the first contact with the snow, without the need to ski professionally. There is a great variety of activities in the snow such as giant boys, trolley, tyrolese. The park is located in the Andes, so the views of the mountain are stunning. Perfect for photos.
Negative point are the giant queues in the high season. Important is prepared for the intense cold, with thermal and waterproof clothes, mainly boots and gloves. Food is quite expensive, worth bringing from town. The road to get there is dangerous on snowy days, requiring the use of chains on tires. It is worth choosing to go up with some experience agency on site.

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!! - Excellent everything! a wonderful experience! meets our expectations..
Very good EN you guide them, in our case Alexis and Matias. Also the driver, the kindness DE the place where they gave us the snow clothes they helped us dress.
The only thing to improve are the DE food stalls... at 12hs they NO longer have ENian but nothing to eat in the top stoppers. It can happen NO...

Divine, suitable for beginners, excellent transport and guides. - The punctual and efficient transport, the super friendly guides. Clothing rental very well, you have to choose fast to wrap what you are looking for and check the closures of the garments. The only bad thing is that it is not possible to choose the ski lesson schedules, nor the guides themselves choose, it is the one that touches. Super good place for kids and/or beginners

too crowded, no warning of no snow, unorganized rent of clothing - The renting of the clothing was unorganized and messy. Weather conditions were not good, as in there was as good as no snow. Now you obviously cannot regulate the weather, but I think it's a shame to let all these people go on this trip as you can barely enjoy any activity. The tube sliding went so slow that in the middle you got stuck and someone had to push further down because there is barely any sliding. There were way too many people and long lines for everything, up to standing in line for 2,5 hours. I would suggest not to accept so many bookings for this trip as it ruined the experience. Moreover, it was promised that our guide was trilingual (Spanish, Portugese, English), however I could not communicate with the guide in English besides using google translate. Later we got another guide, her English was good and a very pleasant guide to have, so it's good that was fixed.
