Caballeros for the day! Totally awesome experience. Spectacular sights and sounds in the Andes right outside of Santiago - Joaquin and this whole experience is well worth the price. The meeting point is safe and easy to get to. Joaquin picked us up in his SUV and had in depth knowledge of the area and history on the ride to and from the ranch. He had master experience on the horses. The ranch is super close to the city and an experience all in itself visiting. All supplies for horseback riding were provided including helmets if preferred. We had not rode horseback in many years and after the safety instructions we felt comfortable and safe on the trails. The views are spectacular and Orlando the guide assistant helped us very much with the horses. Would recommend to anyone looking for a one of a kind experience close to Santiago while still completely immersed in the Andes. 4-5 hours total. The picnic at the end is a nice touch. Would go again! 5/5.

A must try experience in Santiago - This half day horse riding experience was fantastic. Gustavo was an amazing guide/cowboy/Huaso who has a lot of life wisdom and he shared a lot of information about the city, the history of horses in Chile, relevant knowledge about horse raising etc. As soon as we reached the mountain, the most friendly dog Maxi welcomed us and we started to ride on the horses to the mountain, it was amazing as this was my first time to ride horse up and down the mountain, and the horse was so well trained, it walked slowly and steadily, no need to feel scared for a beginner at all. The view throughout the horse riding trip was so beautiful, lots of photos and videos were taken by Gusta, absolutely a fantastic experience. Having some snacks with Chilean red wine and cheese and small discussion about the amazing human beings and beautiful life we had was a true relax time after we finished the horse riding. Words cannot express my appreciation to Gusta and excited feeling of this trip, but I have decided to come back again in the future.

Amazing experience in the Andes - Joaquin was fantastic and took care of all of our needs. They picked us up at our hotel and took us to the ranch. They gave us easy to follow instructions for riding, and my wife who is a bit nervous around horses did great and really loved it too. We also had Cami (Joaquin’s wife) as a guide, and they looked after us the whole time. We were able to take pictures along the way and enjoy the beautiful Andes mountains. At the end, we got to drink wine, eat snacks, and just chat about the entire experience. Joaquin dropped us off back at our hotel, and we haven’t stopped telling our friends and family how great it was. An absolute must do for anyone visiting Santiago.

Must-do day activity in Santiago - Joaquin was an excellent host - on time, friendly, and knowledgeable about riding and Chile, as well as local dining and entertainment options. We had an excellent morning activity by visiting the farm and riding horses. The views were immaculate, and the cheese/wine was a very nice touch at the end. The horses are well trained, and it is a safe and friendly environment for all levels of riders. I would recommend you do this activity to get out of Santiago for a morning / afternoon.
