Best day in Cyprus with Irene as guide - Highly recommended: we got a good flavour of villages in the mountains, traditional Cypriot food and wine and our guide Irene was so helpful and knowledgeable about the tour, also Cypriot culture and history. We all loved our very interesting day.

Great tour - I got a lot of interesting information from the guide about Cyprus in general. The visit at the farm where we could see the goats and the sheep and watch the making of halloumi cheese was fascinating. Also tasting the different cheeses was a great experience. The visit to the waterfall was also one of the highlights of the tour.

Very cool day trip - All of the stops were very cool and different. The locals were welcoming and talented. It was a unique experience to see so many different things in one day. Our tour guide and driver were knowledgable and friendly. We enjoyed a fabulous lunch with our group as well. The only thing I wish I had known was the amount of time spent in the van especially between the first 2 stops.

Nice way to see the mountains - Great day spent seeing the land side of Cyprus and meeting local wine and cheese shops. Catherina was our host guide and also a driver, she was super nice and informative. There was some part of the roads were very winding, curve so you can get a bit motion sickness. Make sure to bring some snacks for the long drive.

Informative tour about life in Cyprus - The trip was really nice, the spots were informative and you learned a lot about life in Cyprus. Our tour guide was really nice and communicative, too. The only negative point is that you spend about 60% of the time in the bus (which is at least very comfortable) and you have very little time at each location compared to other tours. Still a good tour if you want to learn something about Cyprus and not only spend time at the beach.

Mountain experience - The cultural side was very good but would have been good to have lunch break considering we left hotel 08:30 in the morning and returned 18:15 i the evening. The guide and driver were friendly and kept everyone on their toes.

Great tour ruined by tourist trap - This could have been an excellent tour but was runied by tourist trap. I believe tricking your customers doesn't pay off, offering a great tour does. I would rather pay more and have more time to visit a village or a waterfall (Kaledonia for example), than being forced to shop for the tour guide's commission. Tour guide: Katarina was lovely, kind, answered all our questions. She drove safely as well which I appreciated. Stop #1: Halloumi farm Lovely family host, cute farm, seated breakfast with homemade halloumi, local veggies, included in the price. Stop #2: Smoked meat workshop This is a shop of a local meat and sausage factory. You get tasters of meat, wine, local spirit. You only have time to taste, shop, then leave. Stop #3: Rose factory Cute local rose factory suddenly turns into a top shop scene. Woman is pushy, desperate to sell their stuff. made the tour guide join the sales pitch without much success. Stop #4: Waterfall It's nice that they added a nature stop as well, even though the waterfall is not that big of a deal. Stop #5: Tavern The tour description says you visit the village, instead, what happened could be the definition of a 'tourist trap.' Tour guide says 'bon apetit,' while we are getting out of the van, then we are guided and seated in a local tavern. The whole menu is ordered, ignoring our food preferences, without our consent. In the end we were made to pay for the whole thing. By the way, the tavern was super cozy and lovely, and it could've been easily offered optional, I'm pretty sure most people would've chosen to eat lunch there. But this way, we were literally tricked into paying for something that we never wanted, and had no option to opt out of. Stop #6: Winery Quick wine tasting in the shop of the winery. Taste quickly, then shop, then rush back to the van. You aren't even offered to walk around in the area and have a look around.
