highly recommend! - We did a tour via grey line - first to the Oak Alley plantation, which was very interesting. Kate - our tour guide - was highly informative and very knowledgeable, and our driver Chernise was great, too! The swap tour at Cajun Pride with Bishop was AMAZING. Bishop was hilarious, and even in January we saw four alligators, which was incredible. Highly recommend!

Amazing tour and friendly staff - Our caption is very knowledgeable about the swamp and creatures here, and very humorous . The entire swamp tour is filled with non-stop laugh. He always has something to impress us , to fill in the blanks between the scenes/ activities. Strongly recommended ! I accidentally lost my passport, the staff found it later and couriered back to me immediately, which is a huge relief!

Amazing Experience! - We were lucky enough to book the swamp and plantation combined tour at the last minute on our recent trip to New Orleans! The driver picked us up right on time from our hotel, and gave us a quick drive around the garden district before hopping on the interstate, which we loved! The outpost in the swamp had very clean restrooms which we appreciated, and plenty of shady space to eat our sack lunches. Our guide for the swamp tour was fantastic! He had so much knowledge to spare, and kept the tour entertaining throughout with his jokes and commentary. We saw a lot of alligators and other wildlife including deer and raccoons. After the swamp we visited the Laura plantation, which was very educational and beautiful! The driver that picked us up from the hotel let us know that Laura was the plantation to visit if we wanted to get more of a history lesson, while Oak Avenue was less focused on that aspect. We chose to switch our tour to Laura, which for our group was a great decision. We still got a quick look at Oak Alley when we picked up the other half of the group. Overall this was a great experience for a good price. However, I would not recommend the combined plantation and swamp tour for groups with small children, as it is a long day!

Time wasted in NOLA - We were waiting at our hotel when we were called and told that they were out in front waiting guess what? They were at the wrong hotel. We got picked up taken to their home base where we had to wait and board another bus. We arrived at the oak valley plantation with an hour and 40 to explore. It felt as though we were rushed. We got back on the bus at 4:20 and we were the last drop off at our hotel at 6:15 pm. The driver was nice I just feel as though we wasted a day in New Orleans for only and hour and 40 minutes of actually doing anything
