Incredible Private Tour with a Knowledgeable, Professional Tour Guide - We went on a private tour of Johannesburg and Pretoria with Albert. The first day was so incredible that we hired him for an additional day. We wanted him for a third day, but he was not available. Albert is attentive and professional, has an incredible knowledge of the history and politic scene of the country, flora, fauna, peoples and their culture and traditions. Every where we traveled, it was apparent that he was well-known and respected in his profession. It was such a privilege to have this man as our guide because we felt safe and well taken care of throughout our tours.

Fantastic trip - This was an incredible trip and I highly recommend. The driver was informative and very obliging stopping for me to take photos along the way.

2 Different Experiences in One - Lesidi Cultural Village is a fun, intresting experience to learn about different African tribes and their life style. As someone who did not grow up in Africa, I learned a lot. The presentations are entertaining and the dancing is fantastic. Cradle of Humankind is another gem. This discovery and the museum have provided an update to the evolution of all of us and presented in an interesting way.

Very nice tour. I was a... - Very nice tour. I was a solo traveler and felt safe in Albert's car all over the time. I recommend this tour.

Nice but not completely - All of the stops were amazing. The transportation left much to be desired. They were over an hour late picking us up which cause the whole day to be behind and we missed half of the Ledisi tour. The coach was not air conditioned and every light was on and red for the van’s dashboard indicating serious issues with the integrity of the transportation. the tour coordinator tried to lie and say the Wonder Cave was flooded and closed when it was not. He tried to cut our tour short without a refund. We called the Wonder cave and found it to be open and made them complete our tour.

The attractions of the... - The attractions of the tour were all very nice and interesting. Our guide, Gabriel, was very helpful and shared a lot of information. Unfortunately the car we traveled was not good. Old, small, no airconditioner (it is very hot in January) and the worst, there was no seat belt for the people on the seats behind. The tour was a big trip through highways and this is a very insecurity way to travel. When returning, the car begins to make some weird noises and we were really afraid of it could not bring us back to the hotel.

Tour was not completed, the vehicle was not safe and broke down in the middle of the road. I am waiting for a refund from the company - Right at the beginning the vehicle was late and the original guide was not present. We continued with little guidance until the first tour, where the original guide picked us up with a vehicle that was in no condition for use and safety. The vehicle broke down in the middle of the road, releasing a lot of smoke and we were afraid it would explode. The road was without a shoulder and we stayed in the sun for a few hours until local residents gave us water. We didn't make it to the second location!!!! The rescue arrived in a car for 5 people, but there were 5 of us, and there would only be room for 3 people (as there was already the driver of the vehicle and an unknown passenger). My wife came back on my lap and the van driver in the trunk of the car. Unfortunately, the experience was not good and I hope at the very least that we will be reimbursed, as it is the fairest way to return the part that was not fulfilled and compensate for the psychological distress we had!

pick a different operator - I'm still on the tour right now while writing this review. Obviously not going well. Skipped portion of the first part of the tour and now also apparently running late to the second part of the tour.

Very disappointed... - From the start of our activity, the guide did not arrive on time and barely apologized. The first activity took place with little explanation/translation. When this was the case we didn't hear much (he only whispered without articulating). He was often on or on the phone. He left us alone for more than half of the activity and then said we were late when coming back to pick us up. Which means we missed 45 minutes of the next activity and this without apology from him or compensation. He forced us to pay for his meal without even informing us (which is the minimum). Very disappointed with the service, especially given the price. I really don't recommend. Fortunately we had other experiences with guides who were great!
