After the traditional dance we head to the Nyama Choma restaurant. Nyama Choma stands for Great African Feast. And that’s exactly what you will experience! There is an extensive choice of African dishes, including crocodile and ostrich. The restaurant is divided into three different theme areas: North Africa, East Africa and South Africa.
You will have a lot to talk about after a cultural fun day in Lesedi!

Mr Thapelo is the best tour guide ever!! - I went to the Lesedi village with Mr. Thapelo. It was an amazing experience and a privilege to have him as my guide. He has a brilliant knowledge of South Africa and the area. He even speaks 11 languages fluently, this is so impressive. Best guide I have ever seen! He is very kind and always makes sure you are fine with everything. He gives you a lot of important recommendations and tips about the city. He has a very big heart. I had the best experience with Mr Thapelo. I would always recommend him 1000%. He is the best guide I have ever seen!!!

Cultural day at Lesedi - Tour was great too. Was an immersion in culture. All staff were thoughtful, and food was delicious. Definetly recommend .

Amazing Experience!! - Our driver was very friendly. He picked up us on time and explained how the day was gonna be. He assured us all the time and was very attentive with our questions. When we go to the Village, we had an amazing and very interesting day, full of activities and our favorite time was the Boma Dance. We had an amazing lunch!! So delicious. Our guide gave us all the time in the world to have lunch and do some gift shopping. 10/10!!

Extremely satisfied with MoAfrica Tours - I recently did two trips with MoAfrica Tours, one to Lesedi Cultural Village and the other to Maropeng Musem and Wonder Caves. Both experiences were excellent. The agency is very professional. The guides are very friendly and good at their job. I would especially like to thank Kuda, my tour agent, who provided me with full support till the end of the tours. I had earlier done two trips to Pilanesberg and Soweto with the same agency in 2022, and was extremely satisfied even then. The best part of their tours is that they offer doorstep pick and drop service. Overall I would recommend MoAfrica to anybody who is new to South Africa and is looking for a safe and hassle-free tour experience.

Genuinely a fun tour to get to know African cultures. - Thanks to this tour we were able to gain great knowledge about the different tribes of South Africa. There are lovely shops/ gift shops that sell souvenirs and trinkets related to the different tribes. We got so many cute gifts there for our relatives abroad. MoAfrika took care of us, and they kept us comfortable and safe the entire time.

I was completely blown away by this hidden gem in Johannesburg. - This is as true of an African experience as you can get. I think every single person who passes by this village needs to visit it. The food was incredible, and the staff gave us a wonderful service. Our tour was elevated by our guide Kabelo and he made everything better with his stories and insight.

Highly immersive experience - This highly immersive cultural day was the best part of our Johannesburg tour. The guide arranged for us by MoAfrika was incredible and she was extremely invested into the cultures of South Africa. We had great communication with MoAfrika who had everything sorted.

This village is worth visiting. - I am so incredibly happy that we found the time to do this tour. The guide was incredibly informative and energetic and the staff were great. Everything from our group to the dancers to the different tribes were all new and interesting experiences. I wish I could have stayed for longer.

Great adventure - Moafrika office suggested this tour! Driver picked us up on time. We played and learned drumming with a Zulu playing on the beat. We had great fun! Our guide Kutalo were very patient and friendly with us. He explain some languages conveyd and communicated through performances and confersations. After the tour we had a delicous lunch. Great way to end off.
