Wonderful cruise! - From making the reservation to parking to boarding to disembarking, everything was very efficient. The boat holds a lot of people on 3 decks-- the top deck is totally exposed to the elements & on the nice daywe went it filled quickly, then there are two inside decks with tables & windows that open & a small open air area in the bow & stern. There is also a little snack bar with hot dogs, popcorn, various snacks & beverages on board. The cruise length was perfect for our liking & cruising thru the islands gave us a sense of the lure to the area. The castles are amazing, but so are so many of the lakeside homes you see. We totally felt the price was just right. I highly recommend this cruise!

Very enjoyable cruise. - Overall very nice, smooth boat ride. Enjoyed narrative given. Very hot day and insufficient room to go below deck for shade. Quite crowded. Should remind travelers that they'll be going into international waters so that they can avoid roaming charges on their phones.

Perfect day on the water - We took the 2 hour tour from Ivy Lea. We have done the tour out of Gananoque several times and enjoyed this tour as well. Boldt Castle is a beautiful site to see, with stunning grounds surrounding the buildings. We found the last bit of the tour a bit long, they don’t have any recordings for a long period of time on the way back to the dock. I was shocked to see the location of the boat tours in Ivy Lea. it’s down a narrow cottage lane way, encroaching on cottagers and home owners. Not sure who approved the location but if I had a home there I would be disappointed with the hundreds of cars and bus loads driving in and out every day. The tour is lovely but not fair to the residents of Ivy Lea Road.

Turning 70 in style! - The tour was excellent. We went as part of my partner's 70th birthday. I've lived close to the St Lawrence River all my life and finally got to experience it. Much appreciated. There was just a little mix-up when we presented the ticket at the gate because the ticket didn't show that it was for 2 people. It caused a slight delay.

Poor sound quality - Arrive early if you want a nice place. If you are indoors, bring yourself earplugs because the sound quality is so bad that it pierces the eardrums.
