Best decision made - I booked a day trip from Medan. The driver was early and waiting for me. He spoke basic English but we used google translate to communicate.
Arriving at the destination, everything was well prepared and we started. The guides took the group of 3 people through the most beautiful areas.
The two guides showed us orangutans that some other guides didn’t see. They are hilarious, well spoken and very knowledgeable.
They prepared lunch with fruit. Raincoats were also readily available when the afternoon rains came. They sang songs and made many jokes.
Safety is top priority and they really look after guests well.
An applause to Darabi and Haikal, the best tour guides I’ve experienced in Indonesia!
The company boss is pleasant and easy to communicate with!
Thank you to the entire team, owner, driver and most especially the guides for a perfect day out!

Lovely one day trek to see the orangutans - I had a great day trekking in the jungle with BL-tour. My guide was fantastic and was able to offer me some great tips and explanations of the rainforest.

Perfect life experience - Perfect, the guide Amri was very nice and I saw various urang oetans and went rafting! I would recommend everybody to go it is amazing!

Amazing experience !! - It was an incredible experience. The guide was very qualified and help us navigate in the jungle, we took some kind of hard path but it was worth it, we saw no more than 8 orang-outans during the day !!
A peacock and some black gibbons too !
Huge thanks to Bukit Lawang tour, Dieki the owner and his wife, an amazing experience that we will never forget.

Great daytour - I went with Amri and Agus as guides and we had a great time. We saw several Orangutans, white gibbons, black gibbons etc. and i really enjoyed this tour. Wouod recommend it to everyone

A really fantastic experience not to be missed - We spent 4 days trekking with this company and it was outstanding. Fernando our guide made it his mission for us to see every species we wanted to see. He kept us happy and safe whilst also keeping his own energy up. He has a huge heart and really cares for guests and the nature. The food on the trip was delicious and I would come back and do even longer if I could. Deiki the organiser is also great making sure our full trip from the airport and pre trekking accommodation was all organised and smooth. Overall an incredible experience.

Highly Recommended - From the start to the end this was an amazing tour! Our guide Olki (probably wrote the name wrong) was great, very friendly and easy to chat with. He saw we were not interested in following the big crowds on the normal paths so he made sure we took more quiet and adventurous ways. The fruit and lunch provided were delicious. We saw about 5-6 Orangutans (including very small babies), different types of Monkeys and jungle birds. All in all it was a very fun day!

Awesome! - Had a great day! The tour guides were super nice, knew their way around and were very good at finding the orangutans, monkeys and birds. We brought fresh fruit to snack on along the way. Lunch was also great! Also offer to pick you up from airport or in Medan. Would recommend this to everyone!

An amazing jungletrip! - We had an amazing jungletrip from 6 hours with Nangnang and Angar, our guides.
They were very kind and helpfull.
We made enough stops to rest.
They gave us lots of informatie.
We saw many monkeys and other animals.
They also prepared us a very good lunch and lovely fruit.
It was a day we will never forget.
We also had a driver from this companey, Mercy is his name.
He is a very good driver, always relaxed, even when it was very bad weather.
Mercy is very kind and always happy.

A fun day excursion - For the time I had in the jungle I got lucky to see a few orangutans, gibbons, macaques, and monitors. Be prepared to get wet, first from sweat and then from tubing down the river. (Which is the perfect way to cool off)
The guides were very helpful and the overall day was well spent.
