• IJ - Behind the train station, the free ferry boats await to transport everyone to Noord, marking the path out of the city.
• Landsmeer - The narrow paths through the north will lead to some unexpected monuments along the way.
• Krijtmolen d’Admiraal - This classic 16th-century water pump mill may offer a tour if the miller is available.
• Zaanse Schans - The tour’s highlight is an extended stop at the Dutch Heritage site, Zaanse Schans, where there will be time to explore and perhaps enjoy a quick snack.
• Zaandam - Another charming ‘dam town, where unique homes converted into hotels can be admired in this quaint city near Amsterdam.
• NDSM Wharf - Re-entering the main city through NDSM Wharf, there might be time to explore while waiting for the next ferry departure.

Embark on a delightful cycling journey through the picturesque landscapes of Holland. Begin with a brief ferry ride followed by a leisurely 20-minute cycle through the northern part of the city, leading to the serene countryside where charming animals and the scent of chocolate await.

Pedal towards the renowned Zaanse Schans, where you can enjoy free time to explore, capture photos, visit cheese and clog stalls, or indulge in a tasty Dutch pancake.

On the way back, the route passes through Zaandam and the NDSM area of Amsterdam. Electric bikes are provided to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable ride over the approximately 40km distance.

Important notes:
Proficiency in bike riding is necessary. Riders must be able to navigate through traffic for brief periods.
Minimum rider height is 1.50m/4’9’’ for adults and 1.55/5’1’’ for children.
Two smaller children’s bikes are available for heights up to 140cm/4’7’’; please inquire about availability.

The tour operates in all weather conditions, with high-quality ponchos provided. Helmets are available at the shop.
