Wonderful tour! - Great / knowledgeable guide and felt so safe with the driver. Not overly long and water and fruit was a nice touch. Locations were not upo far apart and the waterfall was a great place to end our tour.

🌿 Bamboo Rafting in Khao Lak – A Must-Do Experience! 🚣🏽‍♀️💦 - If you’re visiting Khao Lak and looking for something serene yet exciting, I highly recommend going bamboo rafting through the lush jungle waterways — it’s one of the best experiences I’ve had! 🌊 The Experience The ride is smooth and peaceful, floating down a clear, gentle river on a traditional bamboo raft. It’s the perfect way to unwind, reconnect with nature, and take in the tropical surroundings. The breeze on your face and the sound of the water flowing under you is absolutely therapeutic. Don’t be surprised if you find yourself grinning the whole time (just like I did in every photo!). 💡 Pro Tips: • Wear something comfortable that can get a bit wet. • Don’t forget sunscreen and bug spray. • Bring a waterproof bag or ziplock for your phone. • Just relax and go with the flow — literally! ⭐ Final Thoughts Whether you’re traveling solo, with friends, or as a couple, this is one of those activities that sticks with you — simple, beautiful, and deeply relaxing. I left feeling refreshed and totally in love with Khao Lak’s natural beauty. 💚

Fantastic half day trip - The turtle sanctuary was very interesting, and here you can also see the tsunami memorial. We had a great guide who was very knowledgable about all aspects of the rescue effort. The rafting ride is a nice and relaxing break, which is followed by a short ride to the small waterfall. Tip: Remember both towel and some bathing shoes or sandals for the waterfall. Its a great way to spend 4 hours in Khaolak

Great bamboo rafting experience - This was a lovely half day tour. The stop at the Sea Turtle Conservation Centre was very brief and we just got to see turtles of various ages swimming in concrete pools. The highlight of the tour was the bamboo rafting which took about an hour. It was great to sit on a raft as were steered down a clear creek through jungle and more open agricultural land. On the way back, we stopped at a waterfall as the guide had needed to reduce our time with the turtles.

Nice chilled morning - Great morning with our English speaking guide Dani The trip ran smooth. Started bamboo rafting which was a nice calm experience lasted about 40 mins. Followed by coffee & melon. We then moved on to the Turtle Conservation Centre which was a 1 hour visit and long enough. We then moved on to a waterfall which you could spend 30 mins swimming in some great photos and overall a nice chilled morning for a good price.

Wonderful trip! - Picked up from the hotel by our lovely guide and driver. The bamboo rafting was an amazing and unique experience, and we all thoroughly enjoyed a different perspective travelling along the river. The sea turtle sanctuary at the Royal Thai Naval Base was very interesting and it was incredible to see so many turtles of different sizes and ages. The waterfall was smaller than expected but we all still enjoyed being in the clear water. There was light rain at the start of our trip but waterproof ponchos were provided as well as cold water and fruit after the rafting trip. We would highly recommend this tour if you would like an enjoyable and unique trip.

Good activity for a quiet morning - Sea turtle center a bit forced. Bamboo rafting quiet but beautiful, great waterfall to finish. Overall good activity at fair price performance.

Great unique experience - A fun activity, not a big adrenaline rush but just a pleasant and fun thing to do, we had a private tour, saw snakes, turtles and had a swim at the end in the beautiful crystal clear waters.. loved it

never use this tour company they are dangerous and dishonest - We set off on the bamboo raft with an eldery driver. The river was dirty and overgrown and pretty ugly with rubbish everywhere nothing like the brochures. Our guide pointed out poisonous snakes just above our heads in the overhanging branches. We were the first raft and we came to a large tree that had fallen into the water. Our guide swung the raft around and appeared to have no idea what he was doing. We were thrown out of the raft and the raft flipped on top of me. I did manage to get out from under the raft and my husband and children were there to help me but I was very shaken. If the river had more current it could of been a different matter or life threatening. I then had to scramble onto the log and was bruised and my clothes were stained with green moss. The guide spoke no english and just laughed. On arriving back on land the lady tour guide thought I had jumped into the water for a swim. When I explained what had happened and asked if the tree that had fallen was new she replied yes. I asked if they check the river before they send people down and she said yes that the tree must of fallen that morning. What a lie that tree had not recently fallen as the top was cut off to allow a raft to get through. Our driver was useless and dangerous. They do not care for your safety at all. I would not take my family on a trip like this ever again. There were no apologies. Never use this company they do not care about your safety.
