Your knowledgeable guide will direct you to the best photo places & hiking spots while making sure you are kept cozy and comfortable with complimentary hot drinks, homemade snacks, blankets, umbrellas and headlamps. Your guide will introduce you to the history of the area while remaining nearby should you have any questions, need to warm up or want to take a break. - Lake Louise - The next stop on our tour is the world famous Lake Louise, where you will have another two hours to explore, hike, canoe or visit the famous Fairmont Lake Louise. Your guide will walk you through the history of the lake and what makes it so special for both locals and visitors. Lake Louise is the most photographed lake in the world for a reason!

The guide baked banana bread for his tour group. - I booked this on a referral from people we met on a Banff excursion. Their website specifies Canmore & Banff pickups but they were willing to pick us up in Lake Louise since that is where we were going to be already for the date we had available. Booked with only 2 days notice & they gave us a discount due to the referral. Our guide, Riley, was right on time at every stop. Between blankets, reusable cups for coffee & hot cocoa and his own homemade banana bread (surprise!), we were very well taken care of. Couldn’t have been a nicer outing.

Sunset Experience - We did the sunset tour with Kayla and it was excellent despite the weather. She was knowledgeable about the area and easy to talk to. I highly recommend the Company and Kayla’s banana bread

Unforgettable!! - Truly unforgettable! We took our sunrise trip out to Moraine Lake with Brandon and I cannot emphasize enough how incredible it was. If we had taken the public shuttle, it may have been less expensive, but we would have been with tons of people and not had the insider information that Brandon provided. We had a quiet spot pretty much to ourselves and had the most incredible view of the true Alpenglow. When we got up to walk around we realized how many people were in the other areas and would have hated to share the experience with all of the tourists around us. That was worth it for us! Brandon also took family photos for us, kept us warm with blankets and hot drinks and gave us some excellent tips like to hike up to the lookout to see the even more turquoise view of Lake Louise. At the end of our trip, we asked for recommendations for hiking to a summit. The next day we hiked Ha Ling on his recommendation - it was also amazing! We loved supporting a smaller business there! This tour with Banff Alpenglow was one of the BEST experiences of our trip! Also, Alpenglow is our new favorite word. Thank you!!

Top Notch Tour Guides! - I cannot give enough stars for this amazing company! Brandon (our guide), Kayla, and Riley are top notch! We used them for a 3 day sunset tour and had the time of our lives! Brandon was great at giving information, pivoting the schedule (we had 4 kids 8 and under), and making sure everyone was comfortable and having fun. The tour provides so much for extra comfort, including some amazing banana bread. On our next trip to Banff, we will be definitely book again!

Excellent company to see Lake Moraine and Lake Louise - A brilliant company to take to lake moraine and louise. A new company, but full of knowledge.
Not sure what their tours are during the winter season, but definitely book for the sunrise when it starts.
Good communication throughout.
The banana bread offered is truly the best I've had.

Amazing No Worry Tour! - Such an excellent tour, from start to finish. Kayla picked us up right on time, had great communication prior to the trip, and really cared about us having a great experience throughout the day. Definitely a must do tour and she really wanted us to get the most out of the day for us. Even the weather was perfect. We will remember this tour forever. Thank you Kayla for the wonderful day!

Friendly tour to spectacular views - We actually took the sunset tour. Our guide was friendly and well informed. It made it very easy to get to some stunning views and not have to worry about parking.

wonderful experience. - wonderful choice to join the sunrise adventure with Alpenglow for the Moraine Lake and Lake Louise trips.
Our beautiful guide, Kayla, was very kind and knowledgeable. we made it there in perfect timing to watch the sunrise, She provided us with blankets and headlamps to see our way up to the mountain..... absolutely amazing views. On the way down to the bus she had our hot coffee and delicious banana bread ready for us. and as a bonus , we got to enjoy a very rare double rainbow at that moment. if I go again then for sure Alpenglow will be my choice.

Sunrise tour - Good communication beforehand.
Brandon was very knowledgeable and gave great advice on where to go and what to do. The sunrise was spectacular. Well worth doing the early morning to avoid the big crowds Which were arriving as we left. (There was plenty of space at the rock pile for viewing). Snacks & drinks were also appreciated.
