Tour to Lakes with unknown weather - Ken was a great guide and took care of us. We had a full van and picked us up at the scheduled time and place. We could have never anticipated the weather would turn cold and snowy overnight but it did make for a beautiful landscape with the fresh snow. It took about 45 minutes to arrive at Lake Louise and it was crowded but the Lake and the snowy conditions made for a beautiful vision. Ken gave us about 75 minutes to tour the area. When we got ready to leave and head to Lake Louise. Unfortunately when we got to the road we were told it was closed due to the weather and a trapped bus up the road. With a quick call to dispatch, we were told the tour had to be canceled and they would refund half the cost. While we were disappointed we have to commend Ken and the company for making Lemonade out of lemons. Overall good tour and fair consideration.

We learned, laughed, and saw the most beautiful places... - Ken was awesome! Such a great tour of Lake Morane and Louise. Thank you so much for showing us around. I kept thinking..."There's no way we could have done all this in 4-5 hours, without getting confused or distracted". The experience was easy, fun...and super informative. We learned so much in the process. Thank you again!

Great guide, great views, great experience. - What an amazing visit. The lakes speak for themselves, grand and on an epic scale. Lake Louise was pretty busy but beautiful. The way that Lake Moraine appeared as you come over the crest was breathtaking.
Ray, our guide, was not only hugely knowledgeable but also charming, and a great photographer :-) he explained the history and gave lots of local knowledge, stories and humour. Highly recommend you seek him out.
A must, a great evening and super value .

Don’t Miss This Tour! - We had the BEST time with Jumpers Tours. Ken set the tone with his warm personality and sense of humor. He made everyone feel welcome and comfortable. The drive itself was smooth and safe. Ken is a fantastic driver, which is no small thing on those mountain roads. Along the way to Moraine Lake and Lake Louise, he shared so much valuable information about the area: the history, fun facts, little tips you’d never know on your own, and even the best spots for photos. You could tell he genuinely enjoys what he does, and that made the whole experience even better. I’m not going to forget this day, it was a truly memorable experience.

Amazing beauty of the Canadian Rockies - A very nice relaxing ride with a wonderful tour guide who took us to all of the right spots ! Would highly recommend this tour - the afternoon sun was gorgeous and the color of the sky was breathtaking !

Lake Louise and Morraine Tour - Ray was a great driver. Loved his hike recommendation at Lake Louis. The view was second to none. Sunrise at Lake Morraine was frigid, but the picturesque scene made the chill worth it. We even saw a moose!

Amazing time! - Ozzy was a great tour driver! He was prompt and very informative. Lake Louise was crowded, even in September. Moraine Lake was amazing! Such a beautiful blue color, and less crowded. Quite a few steps to the top for the best views but well worth it. Definitely my favorite of the two! Took tons of pictures.
Van was very clean and comfortable and Ozzy offered us bottled water as we got in. Small, only holds 12 passengers or so, so we liked that better than a large tour bus. Much less waiting time. Overall, I would highly recommend this trip, and Ozzy was a great part of it.
