Zia sunset trip - Picked up on time by extremely friendly driver in an air conditioned coach. Journey to Zia up the mountain was smooth and we had complete trust in our driver! We had booked a table for 7.15pm at Magic Mountain and had an amazing view of the sunset. It was perfect. Just enough time for a drink and a wander round the shops in beautiful Zia before being picked up at 9 by the driver. I would recommend this tour, great value for money.

Zia sunset - Great sunset and a must see! Beautiful restaurant but reach early to get parking. Also, book a table well in advance to avoid waiting for a late dinner.

Very nice. - The sunset in Zia is really special and beautiful to see. You will enjoy a beautiful natural setting with the surrounding mountains and forests but also a very friendly local setting. Alleys and shops really bring this sought after setting of Greece as we like it. In addition, you will have very good restaurants at your disposal with roof tops as well as beautiful squares to watch the sunset while tasting delicious local dishes. Beware of the influx of tourists during the climax of the evening, the influx of tourists, in front of “THE POINT” popular to take photos, is significant. Especially since some stay to do nothing and leave no room. Do not hesitate to take your time at the restaurant or arrive first.

Nice place to visit - Nice place with indeed a beautiful sunset. However, I would just rent a car instead of going organized with a bus. Picking out a nice restaurant, maybe booking in advance.

Great beautiful sunset - The sunset you see from the town of Zia, is definitely worth the trip here (with winding road and difficult parking attached). Unfortunately it is very crowded and does not allow you to fully enjoy the sunset.

Nothing tracendental - Cute landscape, village too “dressed up” to grab tourists, nothing so ‘special, but the prices of the premises absolutely unjustified! Definitely normal sunset... nothing to do with the sunsets seen in Menorca at Cova d'en Xoroi, at sunset at Cafe del Mar in Ibiza or at Vulcano in front of Filicudi. If you are on the island of Kos it is worth seeing, but it is nothing so particular.

Do not book the transfer through Trip Advisor 😡 - This review is for the transfer not the sunset at Zia! The sunset in Zia is an absolute must! It’s a stunning village with amazing views and restaurants BUT avoid booking through the private transfer through Trip Advisor! We paid €20 each for a minivan with air conditioning it DID NOT HAVE AIR-CONDITIONING so it was like a sweat box for the half an hour journey from Kos town up to Zia. My son almost passed out! We were also told that we would return at 9pm (told we would have 3 hours in Zia) so booked a restaurant for 7.30pm to watch the sunset at 8.15pmish. Once we arrived the driver informed us that he would be picking us up at 8.30pm so it all ended up feeling a bit rushed. I would take my chances and go on the bus that is advertised at €15 per person in all the hotels in future. Tip…. Book a restaurant before you go as the big tour companies block book restaurants too. We booked the Olympia 2 and had amazing views at the top of the restaurant!
