Beautiful excursion of the caves on the river but entrance ticket to book on the direct site of the caves St José - The tour was fine but especially do not book with Viator as their commission is huge. We paid 65€ per person while the entrance to the caves is only 15€ (even at 10€ for us pensioners). If you add the shipping costs (approx. 10€), this means that Viator puts 40€/person in its pocket. Inadmissible is theft. We lost at least 80€ on this excursion.

You should see this! - Really nice. Not too short, not too long. The place is stunning and worth the visit. Not super recommended if you don't like dark tight spaces (but is not that bad) explanations could be a bit better I think.

Good tour - The tour was very well organized. The bus was air-conditioned, and we were told about various sights during the trip. Once we arrived at each location, we had enough time to explore the area. Overall, a very good experience.

Average experience - Some seats on the bus were reclined and could not be adjusted. We could only take photos in one small section of the cave.

Not having an English speaking guide on boats is a disadvantage - The transport was well organised and the organiser who took us on the coach (spoke great English) and hung around the caves area was helpful and friendly. The caves themselves are beautiful, however not having an English speaking guide on the boat is a major disadvantage. We missed a lot of background information and the trip was less engaging as we had no context/history of what we were looking at and after a while you’ve seen enough and it turned into a small boat ride. If you are going I would insist on getting an English guide. The price is steep if you don’t get the maximum experience including the information and background and history of the place.
