Perfect evening - Our boat ride was absolutely amazing.. our family of 5 enjoyed the boat beautiful boat, as well as the stunning views. The Captain taught us about the history of the islands and was attentive to any questions we had. We enjoyed the delicious food and drink. One of our highlight activities while in beautiful LaSpezia

Cinque Terre from the Sea - What a superb day spent exploring the Cinque Terre from the sea! The views were absolutely spectacular as we floated down the coast, taking in the colorful buildings perched on the cliffs. Snorkeling in the abundantly fish-filled natural park was a highlight, showcasing the vibrant marine life that calls this area home. I heartily endorse this experience for anyone looking to appreciate the beauty of Cinque Terre from a unique and unforgettable perspective.

Sunset cruise near Portovenere - Well once we found the meeting point the experience was excellent. The tour operator needs to give a detailed map for the meeting location and Viator needs to include a phone number to contact the tour operator as he doesn't answer any messages. He mocked us that no one had any issues finding his location....well the two French ladies that were with us could call him (4 times) to find the meeting location... we did not have that luxury on our app.. Thanks Viator. Guess why we use an app... so we don't carry our laptop everywhere. The cruise was excellent and the food and drink were delicious. I wish we did not have to scramble to find the correct meeting point. Lucky we had planned a lot of time before the meeting time and did make it last minute. The tour guide is local and the meeting point was very inaccurate.

Disorganized and little, but ultimately entertaining. The walk is wonderful. - No clear contact upon arrival. No one waits, and no sign. Describe the bridge, ok, but there is no pool. Massimo, the manager and pilot of the little boat, which we had a hard time finding, didn't know who was going. Very abundant proseco, the appetizer bread with pesto, lacera pasta with pesto. Poor The ride, wonderful landscapes and Massimo as an excellent pilot . Massimo makes efforts, but must improve

Late cancellation - We booked the day before around 3pm for the next day at 6.30pm. On the scheduled day at 4pm, the person calls us to cancel because we are only 2 and so he does not want to do it for a matter of cost with his boat. If a minimum number of persons is desired this must be indicated. So we find the same day 2 hours before with no other solution for the same evening...
