Once in a lifetime experience, do not pass this up. - Not to be missed! Daniele, our Cesarina, is an amazing chef and host. She is warm, welcoming, entertaining, and the multi-course meal she prepared was the best we had on our Italy vacation. Everything was homemade, right down to the after dinner drinks of Lemoncello and coffee liquor. If you only do one cooking class/demo, DO THIS ONE!

Great time, food and company. I would highly recommend and Daniela was the best!!! - Our host Daniela opened up her home and made us all feel like we were a part of her family and not guests. The food was delicious and we left full and happy. Would definitely do this again with Daniela!

Great dinner! - It was a very surprising and enjoyable evening of food at our hosts’ home. The meal was amazing and the people could not have been any better. We lost track of time because it was so good and stayed a little later than we thought but everyone enjoyed the time together! Great way to experience La Spezia!

Wonderful Cesarine experience - Daniela and her husband were wonderful.. They welcomed us into their home, taught us how to cook many things and we all enjoyed a huge meal and visit.

Great family lunch in La Spezia - I went with my father to a lunch at Daniela's place. It was an awesome experience: eating typical local food and talking with Daniela and her husband Gianni, who are very nice and hospitable people. The food was very good, and even if I'm Italian I learned new dishes that I didn't know about. Absolutely recommended
