Don't eat before the tour 😁 - On our second day in La Paz we went on an amazing food tour organized by Red Cap and lead by our guide, Daniel. On the tour we tried a lot of different foods and he showed us where to find his favorite food-spots. He was really nice and his English was perfect! Can highly recommend going on the red Cap Food and beer tour while in La Paz!

Great introduction to Bolivian food - Great opportunity to try local food and drinks on the street, at a market and in restaurants. Local guide who was able to answer all of my questions and I left with a very full belly! I would recommend skipping lunch and pacing yourself on the tour so you can try everything!

10 OUT OF 10 - I really enjoyed the tour - it was great mixture of typical street food and other typical dishes in Bolivia/La Paz region. It's definitely good to bring a lot of appetite, since there will be plenty of food. Other guide also told us interesting infos about the life in Bolivia in general. DEFINITELY A RECOMMENDATION!

Great tour!! I super recommend it - Great tour with tons of information and food!! Make sure to go with an empty stomach. I really loved the tour with Daniel, he is very knowledgeable and fun, at the end of the tour I even had a chance to dance salsa. There was a free class in the last restaurant we stopped.

Varied and Plentiful! - Amara was very knowledgeable about the food and the area. She was able to answer questions, and the choices of food and location for each "course" were incredible! I'm glad I didn't eat beforehand, as there was plenty to experience on this tour. I would strongly recommend it to anyone visiting La Paz for the first time.

Great food, great guide - The guide was so friendly and informative, we tried a lot of new foods that I'd heard of but not had before. Only one other person on the tour which meant it was really cosy and fun!
