La Paz, BCS, Mexico - We’ll meet at “Marina de La Paz” located at the intersection of Topete and Miguel de Legaspy streets. It’s VERY important to be punctual.
We’ll provide all the necessary gear: mask, snorkel, fins, and a shortie wetsuit. After gearing up, we’ll head to the whale shark area and secure a spot at the control stand.

We’ll provide all the necessary gear: mask, snorkel, fins, and a shortie wetsuit. After gearing up, we’ll head to the whale shark area and secure a spot at the control stand.
Once we locate one or more whale sharks, we’ll begin the watching and snorkeling activity. Our boats accommodate a maximum of 9 people, ensuring a less crowded, more professional, and personalized experience. Snorkeling will be done in groups of 2 to 4 at a time, allowing for a comfortable experience. The guide will rotate among the groups, giving everyone multiple opportunities to swim, likely with more than one whale shark. You can snorkel as many times as you wish; we won’t restrict you to just 1 or 2 jumps into the water, unlike other tours.

Located just minutes from the city of La Paz, participants will have the opportunity to search for, observe, and swim alongside one or more whale sharks. A local marine biologist will guide the tour, providing insights into the species and capturing the experience with a GoPro. Photos and videos from the tour will be sent digitally after the excursion.
- Bring towel and warm clothes (VERY important Nov-March) and biodegradable sunscreen
- Activity restricted for safety and federal regulations to: women in pregnancy, heart, neck and breathing problems
- Freediving is not allowed due to Federal regulations, only snorkeling in the surface
- In case of bad weather forecast, we will let you know 2-3 days in advance. In some cases the waves can be moderate causing a choppy ride, and on other days with high winds, the bay may be closed officially to all boat tours
