Amazing Experience - Captain and Fatima made the experience incredible! Amazing experience! Tour lasts approximately 4 hours. Whale sharks do not stay in one place, be prepared to swim along with them!

Great Swim with Whale Sharks - We are super happy, we swam up-close to the whale shark and watched it in a small group of 4. Brandon was very helpful and took some great videos of this giant with our GoPro. Beware that they might change your time of departure, because the amount of people and boats in the area is restricted for shark protection. We didn't mind to go out later. Also I guess the description of going to the island and having a ceviche lunch is not very accurate, since it didn't happen. However, we were happy to go back without it. Also, this company is very responsive on Whatsapp, which was very helpful. The season for Whale Sharks in La Paz is October - May

Good Day, But Not All It's Promised - Double check all the details and then check them again. Overall it was a wonderful time! Fascinating to see these huge creatures up close. Our time slot was changed the morning of due to the regulatory group that works to protect the whale sharks. It was a bit confusing to find our tour operator at the meeting point. It was a bit of a shuffle and hurry up and wait until we were on the boat. Then we had a few additional pick up spots, so at least a hour or two before we even started heading for the reserve. We were in the last time slot of the day to see the sharks. The snorkel equipment, guides and boat were great. We would do this again given the opportunity. I was able to get some amazing video in spite of other swimmers swimming over the top of me and getting hit and bruised by them in the water. It was a great day in the end and most people had the opportunity to be in the water 3 times with the whale sharks. But the tour advertisement was misleading, there was no ceviche on a beach or island. We were offered drinks or fruit and candy.

Mislabeled descriptions - My low review is based on very bad customer service on the part of the tour company organizers. Initially this tour included a visit to spirit island, and we booked this tour because of that. Upon getting there we learned we wernt going. The process of asking for refund or some compromise due to this was tiresome and just didn't feel adequate. Other reviews before me share similiar suprise at the mislabeled description of what tour entailed. That being said, the whale sharks are lovely, and the staff on the boat great. Just overall I felt upset with how the entire process of communicating the error was handled. On values, I wouldent recommend this company, find a different one to book your tour.

Cruise ship visitors BEWARE - they don't respect schedules and wasted my port-of-call - Operator tried to bump us out too late to return to ship, then tried to stiff me after changing time
