Awesome blend of unique food, cultural history, and sightseeing in La Paz - One of our favorite experiences during our visit to La Paz. Cinthya was a fantastic guide, we not only enjoyed amazing and unique food - but the cultural history and stories behind the food. The amount of food was perfect at each stop, we felt like we got our monies worth without being stuffed. And, be prepared to walk - which we really enjoyed the time to sightsee, visit with Cinthya, and walk off some calories. 10/10 would do this again!

Connecting food with culture - Christina was an excellent host, guiding my friend and I on a morning tour exploring La Paz street food offerings. I really enjoyed how she wove each type of food into the historical culture of the city!

Amazing Food Tour in La Paz - Our beach activity for the day was cancelled due to wind so we reached out at the last minute and we were able to join the day time food tour of La Paz. Cynthia was our guide and did a great job showing us around the town teaching us the history and took us to several spots to try local delicacies. This is a must do early on your trip to give you a great understanding of the town and what it has available. The food scene here is amazing and we really enjoyed every place they took us to. We loved it so much we joined the taco tour that evening.

Cynthia was great! Lots... - Cynthia was great! Lots of walking (almost 11,000 steps) on uneven pavement. Go hungry! We stopped in 6 different places, 4 for food (small places you would never find on your own) and 2 were for drinks unique to La Paz. We stopped at the City Market and also saw lots of historic sites. Highly recommend!

Fun eats in La paz - We went right after new years and not a lot of of usual places and stops for food were not open. Our guide was great Giovanny and spent time showing us history of La Paz, pointing out different plants etc. He was very kind and the day was fun. There were 2 other couples in our group. Overall the tour helped us feel comfortable in the city and finding different foods to try and order.

Good food overshadowed by disorganization - We really wanted to love this street food tour, but it was ultimately disorganized and disappointing. We’ve done several food tours while traveling and have a clear sense of how they typically operate. In the first two hours of this tour, we ate just one taco and walked nearly three miles, only to find several planned stops closed. The only location from the original itinerary that we visited—a shark taco vendor—was reportedly no longer part of the tour due to the guides’ conservation work, yet we were still offered a stop there (at an additional cost), which put us in an uncomfortable ethical position. Although the pace improved later and the stops were closer together, some felt random and off-theme, including a visit to a surrealist art museum where our guide read tarot cards. At times, it felt more like a performance than a food tour, and we questioned why we were there. The tour lasted nearly five hours instead of the expected 3–4, likely due to rerouting around closed locations. While Juan Pablo and Alex were friendly and knowledgeable, the overall experience lacked planning and coordination. The food itself was good, but it was overshadowed by the disorganization. We would not recommend this tour.
