Family trip - Overall great experience. Loved King Arthur (Arturo) and had a fantastic time swimming in the bioluminescence.

Sparkling nighttime boat ride - We had a lovely ride with Arturo and Randy. The bioluminescence was sparkling and they had a few tricks to help us see them more brightly. They were great with the kids and made sure the whole group was safe

Nice quick tour to see one of nature's wonders - Nice boat ride out to the bay to see the luminescent- unfortunately was difficult to see due to moon. We made the most of it though and were able to see some.

The bioluminescence was... - The bioluminescence was very cool to see while swimming. The water temperature in the bay was comfortable and the boat felt safe. Snacks were just chips and water. Overall a fun experience.

Great experience - Arthur was great! Treats you like family and helps everyone have a great experience. Safe boat driver. Helped us see the bioluminescence on a less than ideal night.

We had a great time and driver was friendly and helpful. - The info sent us to the building not the beach so I would suggest to fix that. The life jackets were very uncomfortable- even life vest would be better.

We met a nice couple from... - We met a nice couple from Troy, MI (small world since we are from Plainwell, MI). Our Captain was timely and informative. Communication from the start was also excellent. The bioluminescent experience was great. Splashing produced firefly effects and swimming in the water as it got darker showed the effects better. Suggest to use the bathroom at the gas station before coming since there is nothing there and change into swim gear prior as well or your changing in your car.

A fun adventure with one caveat - The drivers were friendly and helpful (we went out with another group in a second boat). We went out on a rainy and stormy evening so I appreciate them not canceling (we drove from San Juan area). Both boats were small so luckily it was a short boat ride over to the bay. The bioluminescence was really amazing - like you had a sparkles in your hands! (I did get stung by a jellyfish, but it wasn't too bad. Luckily no one else did and I didn't say anything because I didn't want to freak out my kids. Just be aware that it can happen.) The child size life vests were too small for my 9 year olds so they had to wear adult sizes. Also all of ours were the orange vest-type which were not fun to swim in. The other boat had more modern and comfortable ones. Overall a wonderful experience but one star off for the life jacket situation.

Okay, but don't go with too many expectations - It was fine, although we do not have to go with great expectations, The photos (of all the luminescent bays) have quite a bit of "touch-up" and are not really as "luminous" (besides their luminosity is variable, as explained is higher in summer when the water is warmer)

Uncomfortable boat trip. - Our trip was not the best. The bioluminescence was cool, but our boat captain said some fairly questionable things about prior customers who were of other ethnicities. It made us all uncomfortable. Then the boat broke down on the way back and the fumes were terrible. The captain apologized, but it was not a good experience.
