Tajinesta - I was recommended Andy & Tenerife guided walks by a friend and wasn't disappointed. Andy was very knowledgeable and told us all about the history of Tenerife and about the different plants, trees and birds and Mount Teide. Not forgetting the amazing Tajinesta plant! We had a fanastic day and will book with Andy again .

When dreams come true - I am interested in biodiversity, organism evolution and geology (vulcanology) and I have waited two years to see the magnificent Echium wildpretii, i.e. the Tajinaste. It is a Tenerife endemic plant that blossoms in May. Andy and Lynn are the perfect persons to make the dream come true. Communication by e-mail was fast and efficient with Lynn. Andy is a professional guide. He knows the paths and he has knowledge on plants, fauna, vulcanology and history of the Canary islands. From the booking of the walk on the website to the drop-off at my hotel, everything was perfectly organized. My experience with "Guided-Walk" exceeded my expectations. Trust Andy and Lynn, they will show you the wonders of the Teide.

Excellent organised hike - We had an excellent hike with Andy our guide. Went at a good pace that suited the whole group and he gave us information about the national park along the way. Very well organised with a good kit list sent out before and timings were spot on. We would hike with Andy again!

Walk in Teide National Park - We went hiking with Andy on the 31st of May and as we are not very trained hikers, Andy recommended a tailored version of Tajinaste trail for us where we climbed just the right amount of time, however still enjoyed all the beautiful tajinatste flowers of the area. The walk was amazing, we normally come to Tenerife every year but haven't seen the bits of the island that we discovered with Andy. Highly recommend if you want to discover something new about the island and see amazing nature of Tenerife.
