Embark on an exciting journey with this ziplining and white water rafting experience! Glide over the lush canopy of the jungle and then navigate through the thrilling Class II-III rapids, all while under the supervision of your guides/instructors. Pick-up and drop-off, a meal, and refreshments are all part of the package; separate photographs taken by a professional can be bought if you wish.
- Minimum Age 8
- Children must be accompanied by an adult
- May be operated by a multi-lingual guide
- Vegetarian option is available, please advise at time of booking if required
- Weather dependent. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there is flooding or other government river closure. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund
- The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions

La Fortuna Adventures - This tour will not disappoint. Every part of the tour was thrilling, safe, and engaging. The entire staff at the ziplines were nice, well informing and engaged with the group. The ziplines provided great views with high adrenaline. White water rafting might have been the best experience at La Fortuna. The guides were very engaged with the people making it fun, cracking jokes, always on the look out to spot animals and make stops so we could see the animals. They took out the fear factor of rafting and provided excellent service and an amazing trip down el Rio Burro

Rapids - The best experience! For lovers of extreme things, it’s an experience not to be missed. The attention of everyone but especially Choco, our guide was excellent.

Outstanding experience. ... - Outstanding experience. The raft guide Kebin was outstanding and very safe. Great day rafting and we really enjoyed the lunch at the end. The bus guide provided excellent information and was entertaining. Highly recommend this trip.

Most Thrilling Rafting Trip we've ever done - The Balsa River is amazing and our thrill-seeking teenagers were not disappointed, -even with the Class II-III experience. Lots of white water rapids - at least 9 thrilling parts of the river. Our guide Antonio was an Ace. Next up was the zipline and one of my teens said, "usually zipline rides are underwhelming, but these definitely met my expectations". I personally felt I got my money's worth after the first 2 ziplines - they were the longest, fastest, steepest ziplines I've ever done - with the most breathtaking views, especially the one of the Fortuna Waterfall. Do this!

Action Packed and sooo much fun! - I did this with my 18 year old daughter. We had a lot of fun! The zip lines were intense and we enjoyed it. The river rafting II/III was definitely amazing and worth it. I am not an avid rafter and I am glad we did the II/III and not any higher intensity rafting excursion. Everyone on the boat is rowing and I was pretty sore for days after from using muscles I didn't know I had. No one on our raft fell out but there were other boats where people had fallen out. It is safe and well run. I highly recommend it. You won't be disappointed with this tour.

AWESOME - Just do it! This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with white water rafting! After zip line they provided a snack. On the way to white water rafting they brief you. As soon as you get on the raft the adventure begins. Non stop adrenaline, and better with a group of people. After the tour they took us to have a Delicious meal, and one of the Best I had in Costa Rica.

Great Rafting Experiemce - Great experience and awesome, skilled guides. Lunch was delicious as well. Would recommend to solo travelers and groups, including families with kids bc the guides really help

Highly recommend the Class 3-4 raffting - Super fun! We did the Class III-IV rafting trip through the rain forest. Beautiful scenery with waterfalls along side the river, colorful rainforest vegetation and the birds. We had the most delicious local pineapple and watermelon at break. The tour and river guides are professional, courteous and experienced.
I have rafted the Zambezi, New, Gauley, Colorado rivers and many more. This stands up as one of my best rafting experiences. Note: it was rainy season and the river was fast.

Spectacular Jungle Family Adventure - We had an amazing jungle adventure day from start to finish! I highly recommend. We started with Ziplines. The guides were professional and very helpful. We took 7 ziplines and got to see La Fortuna waterfall as we soared in the jungle. *warning heights* The first top line is very high and long, so not good if you are scared of heights. The second part of the day was rafting the Balsa River. The start of the river had tons of super fun, big rapids to soak and thrill us. There were swim breaks and a yummy fruit snack riverside. Some of the best rafting and family friendly adventure. Our kids were 12,14,15 and the loved it! Photo private for rafting was super reasonable ($40 USD) and they got tons of awesome shots!
