Best in customer service! - Our reservation was cancelled due to weather conditions but this company deserved 5 stars for their communication and promptness of resolution. I will definitely utilize their services during my next visit. Pura Vida!

Best experience we had of the 12 excursions we did in Costa Rica. - They have a very large parking lot at their meeting place and it’s right next to a large grocery store, which was good for us. Be prepared for a long drive to and from, but they will stop at a store if you need to use the bathroom or buy a snack or drink. Probably better to bring your own. You’ll leave your backpacks in the truck. They provide a helmet with a GoPro mount if you need one. My family was afraid to do a level 5 (we had only ever done 4s) but when we were home, they all said it was the best thing we did in Costa Rica. Don’t let the level 5 designation deter you, the guides were great and we never felt endangered. I only ever saw one other raft on this part of the river, and when we were finished, we saw the level 4 section which was a traffic jam of rafts. Orlando, John Carlos and Diego are very friendly and definitely add to the enjoyment of this experience. They stopped at the side of the road when they saw a sloth and we got out. It was the closest we ever got to a sloth the entire time we were in Costa Rica, including the sloth tour. They provide lunch, which is very, very good. Facility for lunch also is really cool. They gave us a quick tour of the farm afterwards and we got a little sugarcane demonstration. Everything about this adventure was five star. They need a better vehicle though, I did not enjoy the paddy wagon style truck, and the seats were very uncomfortable for such a long drive.

Go for Class V! - I was nervous about doing class v in a foreign country, but I felt safe the entire time and had a total blast. There is a kayaker escorting the raft the whole time to take pictures, but it made me feel safe to know he was there if anyone fell out. Our guide really knew the river well and we never got stuck or flipped. He struck the right balance of keeping things fun but keeping us safe. We cliff jumped— it was more than deep enough— and had pineapple and watermelon at the end. We kept our bags in the truck that had our driver in the car the whole time and everything was safe and waiting for us at the end. I would love to do this trip again

RE: White Water Rafting Class 5 - Orlando and Jean Carlos were fantastic guides. Very professional and enjoyable to be around. Also very knowledgeable. Highly recommend this experience!
