Super fun tour!! - Such a unique and fun experience! Our guides were SO incredible - they remembered my kids’ names (and even mine!) and they were supportive and encouraging, making sure we felt safe along the way but also had fun! There were multiple rappels, with fun surprises at the end (get ready to get wet!), two zip lines, and 3 cool jumps into the water. The group we went out with had 18 people total (three groups of 4, plus three couples) so there was a decent amount of standing and waiting (and my kids were a bit cold) but the guides kept the lines moving pretty quickly. We paid $40 for the photos and videos so we wouldn’t have to bring our phones on the tour. Although the photos were good quality, there really weren’t too many of them - they videotaped the first rappel, and took photos of one rappel and one zip line, plus a group photo. I do regret not bringing my phone in a waterproof bag - it would’ve been fun to film some of the jumps and drops. But the memories are still there even without the photos! The lunch (included) was a buffet at a restaurant about 5 minutes away and it was better than expected (salad, rice, beans, pasta, chicken/fish). Just a warning: the drive to the canyon is BUMPY!!! Go slow and make sure your car can handle it. If you’re close enough to have them pick you up, it might be worth it to save the headache of the drive!! Overall highly highly recommended excursion! My sister did it with her kids (5 and 7) and they modified the jumps and rappelling to accommodate their skills. So I’d encourage anyone willing to try this to do it!!! You do go under a waterfall a couple times, and you go underwater completely, so bring a change of clothes! (One last note: After the tour, there is a LONG AND STEEP hike back to the reception area. We were absolutely EXHAUSTED when we got back, but my kids (12 and 15) were able to do it just fine.)

Family of 5 with Teens/tweens - Definitely a highlight of the trip. Kids and adults had a great time. Did 4 repels/drops with 2 into waterfalls and dunked into water, 3 jumps, 2 zip lines. 5 stars - do not drive here with your own vehicel- get the transportation/pickup! Guides were Kendall,Byron, Jose, E?? - all awesome and engaging. Felt safe the whole time.

Fun for the whole family! - This was an amazing experience for our whole family! The kids ranged 6-13, and they were all able to participate in all the activities. For the youngest, they adapted the rappelling so she could participate with ease. The guides were so kind and helped every step of the way. I can’t recommend this enough!

Good stay - Nice rooms, food was very good, and the staff was very helpful and quick to fix any problems. Wifi was spotty at times but otherwise great stay. Also great view of the volcano and excursions could be booked at the front desk

Super fun! - Super fun - would totally recommend when visiting Costa Rica. My daughter and I had an amazing time repelling, jumping, and zip lining. Fun thriller.

Awesome experience with Cesar, Jose, JC and Elder - Our family (two adults, two teenage daughters) had an amazing time. It was a great mix of activities, some a little jarring (jumping from rocks into a pool in a stream/river, etc.), but we felt very safe throughout. The crew we had - Cesar, Jose, Juan Carlos and Elder - were professional and incredibly fun. They checked our gear, strapped us in at each spot and clearly knew their stuff. Even our sometimes hesitant 14 year-old came away from it confident and excited (and tired and a bit wet). When she was nervous early on the team was very patient and supportive, which made all the difference. Definitely makes for great memories and pictures!

Great tour for all ages! - The guides were amazing with our scared 9 year old and slower 70 year old grandma. My teens absolutely loved it and want to go again. Rapelling and zip lining were great. Pool jumping was exhilarating! Liked this tour bc it was a little bit of everything.

Great family adventure - Family of 7 thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Our guides, Cesar, Jose, JC, and Elder were great with all of us, we would recommend. The pictures and videos were a plus but did cost extra, worth the money in our opinion. They were great with our little ones, keeping them in the moment. I will recommend this over and over again.
