Disappointing second trip - The Hanging Bridges is an amazing experience. Our first excursion there was with a tour guide who helped us see a lot of things we would have missed on our own. We saw snakes, sloths, monkeys, and lots of birds. We loved it so much, that we went back another day at 6:15 AM by ourselves to birdwatch some more. Unfortunately, this experience was ruined by one of their workers leaf-blowing the path behind us for half of the route. He tried to stay a distance away, however the noise was very loud and distracting. You could not hear the birds as well and it likely kept animals away. This was a bit ironic as there are signs posted about keeping quiet. I imagine this is done for safety reasons, but I would suggest they do it before any public is allowed into the park.
