Highly recommend experience!! - Best experience I ever had in Costa Rica! Johnny was our tour guide and taught us so much about the bee conservation project they have and showed us all the different types of bees and sampled some of the medicinal honey they make. Edgar helps out at the Garden also helped with our chocolate and coffee making experience. I highly recommend this tour as it was fun and interactive, sampled different types of coffee and even made our own personalized chocolate bars! Pura Vida!

Best most hands in your so far! - This was by far the best tour we went on. You can tell Johnny and Edgar are super passionate about what they do. We loved that you got to make your own chocolate bar from scratch and got to find and make your own coffee. The honey was delicious. Highly recommend this tour!

Excellent and meaningful experience! - A perfect and meaningful experience! Beautiful gardens and I got to know many bee species that I had never seen before. I also tasted different kinds of honey. The guide was very knowledgeable and happy to answer my questions. I also had the traditional experience of making chocolate and coffee. They are contributing to the preservation of local bee species! Arenal bee Garden - This tour was an absolute highlight for us in Arenal. Our guide Dylan was very knowledgeable and friendly. We tried many samples of honey, learned a lot about the plants and enjoyed both the chocolate and coffee portions of the tour as well. This was worth the price and we would highly recommend it. It does not feel touristy and we were the only ones on the tour.

Amazing and worth every penny!!! - This tour was worth every penny. Our guide was excellent. He was so knowledgeable about everything and knew the answer to every question I had. There was so much amazing honey to taste! I was pleasantly surprised by all the different flavors and had no idea there were so many different bees and types of honey! The chocolate making was so fun! We had the best time! Tasting the coffee was incredible as well and again, we learned so much! I highly recommend this tour and could have spent hours talking with our guide. He truly gave us the best experience possible. I am so sorry that I cannot remember his name (Reuben comes to mind, but I am not sure!)

BEST Tour in Costa Rica - This was the best tour yet in Costa Rica. Guide was excellent with information, demonstrations and English. Wonderful gardens and gardener who is breeding butterflies. Excellent variety of coffee grinding and tastings. Chocolate bar making was terrific. There was a very good pace to this tour - not rushed at all. Don’t hesitate. You’ll love it.

The best tour to learn about bees - The experience was very nice, the guide and his collaborators are very friendly. The tour is entertaining since they give us information with activities such as trying the different honeys, the tour of the garden and its different seasons, my favorite part was seeing the different bees and their different homes

The beauty of tiny details - I had the opportunity to visit that beautiful place and the experience was even better than I imagined! The attention was incredible, the guides were just what I needed, they even assisted me without having made a formal reservation, giving me a unique and exciting opportunity. You can see many animals and insects each one cuter than the last. The information they gave me about these species was the best, I was amazed with the entire process and administration they maintain. Without a doubt, an excellent place to take advantage of the holidays and all the nature that La Fortuna offers 🏞️🐝🦋☕🐸
