Amazing time with great your guides! - We did both the zip lining and waterfall tour with Alex and then the next day did a tour to Guatape/Piedra de Peñol with Guillermo. Alex was very friendly, knowledgeable, and flexible with plans. The zipling was exciting, resting in hammocks with a beer while on the beautiful mountain was something else, and the views/videos/pictures we got at the bottom of the mountain was a highlight of my trip. Great time. Because we had a great time with Alex we booked another tour the next day this time with Guillermo for Guatape. We were going to stay in Guatape one night so we did transportación, a tour, and then dropped of at the hotel in Guatape. Guillermo was also incredibly friendly as well and anytime we wanted to pivot plans he went for it. That's the best part of doing a private vs group tour. La Piedra de Peñol was a marvel and the town is incredibly colorful and vibrant. Would recommend both of these tours to anyone.

A great place for zip line and Via Ferrata climb next to a waterfall- do both if you dare! - Getting to the site is part of the fun we rode in a 1956 Chiva Bus playing traditional music - a bumpy scenic trek into the mountains. Fortified by a yummy coffee the expert staff rigged us up for the zip line flight high across the valley. You could see 2 waterfalls as you flew through the thin clouds. Once across you unrig and climb a steep path up to get set for the return flight. After, we then followed our guide on moderately challenging hike down to the river and then part way up to canyoning climbing part- Via Ferrata style up the cliff next to the waterfall. Amazing! We bought bags of coffee beans there too at a reasonable price.

I had the best time on... - I had the best time on this with Diego and Laura. The 2 ziplines were so exciting and climbing the Ferrara trail was amazing. The waterfall is a great photo op, but the spray from the base of it is FREEZINGGGG. it’s definitely a lot of hiking, not good if you’re not in shape, lol we were hugging and puffing but it was an amazing time.

An unforgettable experience!!! - I really cannot rave about this excursion enough!! 10/10. My fiance was looking forward to this part of our trip to Colombia the most and this exceeded our expectations! Diego and Duvan took such great care of us from the minute they picked us up, to explaining our itinerary and instructions for zip lining and hiking the waterfall. They aren’t kidding when they say this isn’t for the weak, there are a few hikes that are STEEP. But not impossible. And absolutely worth the breathtaking views! We thought the zip line would be our favorite part of the adventure, but it was actually scaling the mountain/waterfall via ferrata. Definitely worth the extra $$. that is a once in a lifetime experience. Make sure you bring plenty of cash for the restaurant for lunch afterwards. Many spots have poor signal or won’t accept card. Thank you for an unforgettable adventure!

Ziplining was incredible!... - Ziplining was incredible! Beautiful views over the waterfalls. You do get to go “twice”, there and back. We then did the hike down to the waterfall base. Worth the hike but be aware that if it’s wet out, the ground can be very slippery. Also I recommend bringing a change of clothes, at the base of the waterfall you get absolutely soaked (sneakers, socks and all). Note there is also an hour of unpaved bumpy road on the way there and back. Well worth it!

A fantastic excursion.... - A fantastic excursion. The zip line was a thrill. The operation was first class so I never felt unsafe. I was with my daughters (20 and 23) and we all agreed it was the best day in Colombia. Diego was very friendly, spoke great English and entertained us with lots of information during the two hour drive from Medellin. The drive itself through the Andes was fascinating. Unless you are in good shape, I would skip the waterfall climb. But if you are physically capable, it was even more fun than the zip line. For reference, I am 58 and in decent shape. It was certainly a challenge but worth it.
