We’ll explore the authentic culture of Antioquia on this town, a town that has retained its traditional way of life, untouched by the influences of modern urbanization. This town, mostly colonized by Europeans, is a melting pot of cultures and traditions. Observe the local community as they go about their daily lives, speaking with one another in the streets, and discover the unique customs and practices that have been passed down through generations. Join us as we delve into the rich cultural heritage of Antioquia and gain an insight into the real Colombia.
  • Cascada Salto Del Buey - 2) After exploring La Ceja Town, our next stop is our main highlight! This is where we´re going to have our most incredible experience full of adrenaline, taking the highest and longest zipline of all Colombia, 1000 feet high and 2200 feet long, where you can see up to 5 waterfalls one after the other until we get to the other side of the mountain and then we´ll have a high-level Trek to the most stunning waterfall of all, the jump of the Ox, we´ll go right to its base where we can feel all of its power and after climbing a Ferrata Trail (Optional) beside the waterfall, something out of this world!
  • Abejorral - *This activity is for people who weight less than 100 Kg (weight limit for the zipline) and good fitness condition required, since we have to trek down the mountain to the waterfall through natural paths for approximately 35-40 minutes, and back up!

An Exhilarating Escape to Nature - This trip is an absolute must for anyone visiting the Medellin area! A driver conveniently will pick you up from your residence and drive you out to a beautiful, breathtaking camp ground high in the mountains. It was truly one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever seen. The zip line is pure exhilaration. For a few minutes, it’s just you and nature, as you glide over a gorgeous waterfall. I’m someone who’s afraid of heights, but the beauty of the valley was too much to pass up. I definitely recommend sturdy shoes or boots for the hike. The stairs get steep and slippery, but definitely don’t pass up the trek to the waterfall. And if you can request a tour guide/driver, ask for Alex! He made our day relaxing, informative, and welcoming. 10/10

Great experience! - First timer! The place is amazing and the waterfall is beautiful. Our tour guide was Laura and she was great. The staff at the facility was great too. Via Ferrata was scary but definitely a must. The coffee was the best I had on my entire trip to Colombia. 100% recommended!!!! PS Long pants, comfortable sneakers or boots and bug repellant are a MUST!

Unforgettable, beautiful experience! - Our guide Diego was informative and attentive, sharing his wealth of knowledge of the local areas, customs and natural habitats. We had a super fun time zip lining, and then the exhilarating climb up the rock face next to the waterfall. An unforgettable experience!

Most extroadinary moment of our whole vacation - 10/10 If I had the opportunity to do this again, I would do it in a heartbeat. This was an absolute incredible and memorable trip. First of all, I want to shout out LAURA, who was the most knowledgeable, sweet, and friendliest tour guide that we had on this excursion. She picked up both my husband and I from El Poblado and drove us through the mountains to the small town of La Ceja where we indulged in some Colombian delicacies before continuing on the trip. Talking to her came so easy to us, it was like we knew each other in another life time haha the road to the mountains were filled with many twists and turns, the driving was exceptional, we were so impressed. We always felt so safe. The experience overall just is so indescribable. The hike down to the waterfall was not very long, when we got there I was just speechless. I just felt like crying from being so amazed at the beauty of this waterfall and its surroundings. We opted to choose to climb back up the side of the waterfall which is optional. You do need to be fairly in shape if youre going to climb up the side as there were moments where you needed to pull yourself up on the ladder. This was the most physical exertion day for us, we lost around 1500 calories according to my apple watch lol The zip line was also just such a seamless process. One of the most extraordinary moments was flying over the waterfall and seeing the rainbow appear below me. The zipline there are two total. The top one requires additional hiking, I would just make sure youre ready to hike and be physically active on this adventure. Good shoes, good amount of water, etc.

Beautiful Views and Fun Zip Lining - We had an amazing time on this excursion. It was beyond what we expected! Everything was so picturesque and beautiful. Colombia never ceases to amaze us with it's views. Zip lining was SO fun! The hike to and from the waterfall was challenging, but totally worth it! The waterfall was so majestic and to see its strength and beauty was so magical. Our tour guide Diego was very knowledgable, nice and very out going. We stopped to get some delicious arepas and hot chocolate with cheese which was very nice. He provided us with great recommendations and was a great tour guide. Definitely recommend this to anyone going to Medellín .

Amazing tour, highly recommend! - We weren’t able to go to the original zip line by the waterfall due to an unexpected fire being near by but they took us to a different zip line located at La casa en el aire. It was an amazing trip! Our tour guide, Esteban, did a great job. We had a lot of fun and everyone was very kinda, welcoming and attentive. I highly recommend doing this tour! You will see some incredible and beautiful landscapes/views outside of the city :)

Beautiful location -Long Day - First of all I want to praise our driver Diego who did a marvelous job as our guide on our trip. He answered all of our questions and was easy to talk to. We really felt lucky to have such a good driver. That said it was 1.6 hours each way from poblado to the location and about half of that was on bumpy dirt roads. However the views were amazing. Once we reached the location we got to do two quick zips on the zip line, and hike down to the waterfall. That's all that's included for the price. For an extra fee of $25 usd, you can climb next to the waterfall with an experienced climbing guide using climbing gear and it is well worth it if you are physically able. Lunch is optional and is approximately $10 us per person. There is an on-site coffee operation and they will sell you some of their organic coffee if you like. Rainbow Glamping is right next door if you're looking to combine. This activity takes place in an amazingly beautiful Valley and we felt that we had really seen the true Columbia after doing this activity.
