Company with a spirit of service. - The service was very good, the vehicle comfortable and well air conditioned, the driver very prudent and traveling at the right speed to enjoy the environment, very Pro guide.
I have to highlight the spirit of service that this company, I made the mistake of being wrong on the day of Reservation, they came on the date I requested to see that I was not in the Hotel called me, I explained that my arrival was the next day and without any problem rescheduled my tour. I understand the harms this has for a company, but they still always responded with kindness and didn’t put any punches. Very grateful.

Highly recommended - A tour with a historical approach and also a lot of fun! Our guide Manuelito made it very enjoyable and the private transportation was exceptional, as the heat of Cartagena can get a little overwhelming

VIP tour of Cartagena. Excellent - The experience was magnificent, good attention from the guide, Mrs. Osiris.
We have to especially mention our driver Mr. Jesus Manosalba, his exceptional treatment, his kindness and the affection with which he has treated us during our days in Cartagena.
If we return, which we will, 100% we will hire the services of Don Jesús.

FABULOUS Guide Who Made Day Tour Wonderful - Yuliana Guia was our tour guide for this experience. We absolutely loved her. Not only was she extremely nice and caring, she was also very well informed about the city and its history. She chose to make this a 7 am tour so we could "beat" the two cruise ships that were coming in that day. What a great decision! We were able to see everything we wanted without large crowds or too much heat. If you are looking for a wonderful guide and tour, we highly recommend Yuliana. A++++ all the way!!!!

Worth the extra money compared to expensive cruise ship excursions - Walter's company is nothing less than first class. He provided a roomy new air conditioned vehicle (Ford Explorer). His father, Eddie, was our tour guide, and he provided information on Cartagena in excellent English. Our driver, Domingo, navigated through the crowded streets of the walled city giving us a birds eyed view without walking on the cobble stones in the heat. My wife had mobility issues, and another staff member, Belina (sp?) went back to the office to get a wheel chair before we departed for a wonder tour of this very interesting city. The ability to stop where we wanted for photos and wine & beer made our day truly memorable. We can't thank them enough.

Great private tour - We really enjoyed our tour with Guianza Express. They were very responsive to whatsapp messages and tailored a private tour for 16 of us. They picked us up from our hotel in Bocagrande and took us to la Cevicheria per our request. Since we had organized this with them in advance, they had people waiting at the restaurant to save our tables (seating is very liminted). Then we started out by visiting Convento de la Popa then Castillo San Felipe Fort. We walked around to Santo Domingo plaza and Getsemani. The tour guide Carlos was very knowledgeable and accommodating. I would highly recommend this company, very efficient and professional.

Saw Exactly What We Wanted to See - This was our 5th consecutive year using Guianza tour services. We selected the locations and sights we wanted to see on a private City tour, and were taken to all. The tour guide Julio was very knowledgeable and his English was excellent. We are most interested in history and culture and appreciated the guide's insights. As usual, Guianza was on time for pickup and the General Manager Walter checked on us to ensure we were satisfied. For a personalized experience I highly recommend Guianza. We have purchased many of their other tours and recommend them as well.

Private Tour of Cartagena - Niko was our guide and he was excellent! He was very knowledgeable and his English was easy to understand. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and we felt like we really had a complete tutorial on Cartagena’s history by the end of the day. Our one disappointment was being taken to an expensive emerald jewelry store at the end of the tour where we were clearly expected to buy something. We had already been exposed to the aggressive street vendors but really didn’t expect the same thing from a private tour. I would recommend this tour but you should voice your desire to not be sold souvenirs at the outset.
