Fun Kyoto quick visit - This tour was a good way to see the major sites when you are limited on time We enjoyed everything! Our only disappointment was that our guide did not know that the monkey area closed at 4 so we went able to visit.

Nara trip - A perfect blend of culture and nature! Fushimi Inari’s endless red torii gates were breathtaking—go early to avoid crowds and enjoy the peaceful hike. Afterward, Nara Park was a fun and relaxing experience. Feeding the bowing deer and visiting Todai-ji’s giant Buddha were unforgettable highlights. Super easy to do both in one day from Kyoto!

So many places, so little time 🥲 - The tour was amazing! There were so many places to explore and the views were amazing! One drawback would be that we can't spend enough time in each places, but this is perfect for newcomers who don't know where to visit. It's a perfect tour for first timers, and they can decide to revisit later to explore the locations on their own if needed. The tour guide, Mr.Gary was really polite and knowledgeable, and explained things very well. I am hoping to revisit the locations on my own at some point so I can spend more time in each place.

This day trip definitely... - This day trip definitely was a check all the boxes tour. The guide used WhatsApp to communicate or confirm instructions and encouraged us to also send any additional questions this way

Disappointed - We booked this tour prior to leaving for Osaka in July 2025.
It's a fairly long tour as described.
Upon approaching Nara which was our first stop, our tour guides encouraged us to go see the temple in Nara.
We paid extra to go see the temple along with 80% of the bus.
Our guides said we have plenty of time to see the deer feed the deer etc, unfortunately it wasn't the case.
We were left with 5-10 minutes only in Nara deer park which was extremely disappointing. We departed the tour at the first stop effectively paying $370 for a 1 hour bus trip.
All my other tours in Japan were outstanding, unfortunately not this one.

Terrible Organization - The guide Amanda had no leadership and was unable to maintain a full group. Bus seating was arranged with assigned seats (she had a whole pdf of the map), yet she chose to enforce it for only some groups. As I was sitting, amanda made me get out because of where i was seated because of this map, yet then did not accommodate for me to sit in my assigned seat. She made my group separate, even though we were the first to be there upon this bus’s arrival.
She was unable to be a leader and enforce the proper seat assignment map that she had on her phone, and let others experience hinder.
She seemed to be scared of the older adults and perhaps she thought because we were younger, she didn’t have to accommodate the same respect and attention to us.
Tour was of low quality, you are basically paying for the transportation to the spots and not an actual tour guide.
Air conditioned vehicle is an overstatement, it was a stuffy bus with barely any air circulating.

Terrible experience, read it all the way! - We booked Kyoto & Nara Day Tour: Golden Pavilion, Fushimi Inari & Deer Park, on the 05th April 2025.
When we enter in the bus, we wanted to seat in the front.
But the guide, called Panda, was very rude and told us we could not seat there. And if we seat, she would call the police.
We also noticed she was drunked and smell alchool.
After, she told everyone that they didn´t wait for no one, if people were delay.
The problem here is that there were to many places in a short time. We had to run everytime we stopped.
When we were in the Deer Park, the guide was doing parallel business, sellling food for deers. We thought that wasn´t a good example for the tour.
She left two couples behind, because they didn´t arrive at time, to the bus.
But in the first stop, she waited 15 minutes for another couple.
Terrible experience, and we request a refund, and the company said nothing.
It seems Japan is trying to be terrible in tours as America or Europe.

Terrible tour: read my review. - The guide was very rude at the beggining of the tour.
I wanted to seat in the front, and she told me I couldn´t, and if I didn´t move the seat, she would call the police.
It seems she was drunk, since she smelled like alchool.
I booked an English Tour, and the lady didn´t speak well. We didn´t understand anything she told us.
People were complaint about, not only because she was walking to fast, but also her stick for us to see her in the middle of the crowd, was always down.
At the beggining, she left 2 people behind, because they were late, but after, during the tour, she was always waiting for late people.
In the bus, instead of teaching us something Japan, she was talking about herself and scholl kids holidays.
Terrible tour and a WASTE of money for us.
