• Saga-Arashiyama Station - The meeting point is at Saga-Arashiyama Station, just outside the ticket gates. No stairs are required to reach us. We’ll stop by a convenience store to pick up some drinks before heading towards the Arashiyama Bamboo Forest. Please note, the bamboo forest will be completely dark at this time, offering a unique and thrilling experience.
• Arashiyama Bamboo Grove - We are setting off on an adventure to the Arashiyama Bamboo Forest as night falls. As darkness descends, the forest will be shrouded in deep blackness, creating a mysterious world of towering, whispering bamboo stalks. Prepare for an exciting experience, as the eerie darkness may send delightful chills down your spine.
• Saga-Arashiyama Station - As our journey concludes, we will return to Saga-Arashiyama Station. Filled with unforgettable sights and experiences, we will end our tour under the gentle glow of the station lights. It’s a moment to reflect on our nighttime adventure through the bamboo groves, across the Moon Crossing Bridge, and among the illuminated Kimono Forest. Please be aware that most restaurants in the vicinity will be closed, so if you wish to arrive a bit earlier, we highly recommend visiting the beautiful Kimono Forest (always open) nearby. It’s a breathtaking sight and an excellent way to set the mood for our tour.
