Best E-Bike Tour Guide we’ve ever had. - Maki-san was hands down the best tour guide we’ve had thus far. The E-bike ride through Kyoto and tour guide explanations of the rich history was superb! With Kyoto being mostly flat roads and E-bike assistance, it was not as tiring as we thought. Maki-san went above and beyond in keeping our family comfortable in the sweltering August heat. She provided water, rest stops and cooling body sprays at no additional charge. She also took time to let our sons experience some fortune telling at the shrines. One out of the three got really good luck so I how it sticks. We highly recommend you book this tour with Maki the next time you’re in Kyoto. You won’t regret it!!!

Fun Family Times Pedaling w Maki as our Guide - Our family visited Kyoto at the height of summer during 95 degree days. The electric bike tour was a great way to see key sites in a more comfortable way than a walking tour and fun for our teenagers. Maki was a great guide- she taught our family quite a bit about Shintoism and Buddhism as we visited shrines and temples which gave us more context and insight. She has a fun and playful sense of humor but also a lot of depth in what she shares. Great tour!

Impressive Kyoto insights and fun! - The pedal/ cycling experience with Maki was very entertaining and a great way to learn about Kyoto's history and local habits. Maki provided good ebikes, excellent guidance, detailed insights and shared impressive personal stories. We really recommend this tour, Family with 2 kids (18 and 16 yrs).

Best way to experience Kyoto! - Great way to see both touristy and more off the beaten path sites in Kyoto. Maki was such a pleasant, knowledgeable and fun guide! She felt very genuine. Bikes were comfortable and we were supplied with helmets, ice water and fans. Kids 14&15 years also enjoyed this tour a lot!

Highly Recommended Kyoto Bike Tour - Maki was a wonderful tour guide. The bike pick up was seamless in the morning and the bike itself was comfortable and easy to ride. Maki is super friendly and knowledgeable and I really appreciated her inputs about some of the history and culture which I hadn’t come across elsewhere. I would highly recommend this tour!

Wonderful family experience - This was such a fun family experience with Maki!!! She was so lively and shared so much information about Japanese culture and traditions. We all had a fabulous time! Thanks so much Maki for introducing us to all the beauty Kyoto has to offer!!
