It is a masterpiece of Japanese architecture and garden design, featuring a pond. Originally a Shogun’s villa symbolizing power and prosperity, it was converted into a Zen temple after his death.
- Fushimi Inari-taisha Shrine - Fushimi Inari Shrine (Thousands of Vermilion Torii Gates) is dedicated to harvest and prosperity.
