Best experience in Kyoto! - Best experience in Kyoto! Miho was incredibly warm and welcoming. She led a very well organized cooking class in a traditional Japanese home, answering all our questions with so much patience! Most impressively, she was so nice in including our young kids who are 6 and 9. I highly recommend doing this when you’re in Kyoto!

Amazing,Amazing,Amazing - I'm a 9 year old girl who lives in New Jersey. What do I know about cooking? To put that aside, our host Miho, was incredibly kind and made us feel at home. She made it easy and fun.I loved the experience and hope to go back soon!

Kind host and yummy desserts - Miho was so kind and patient. My young kids were all over the place but she worked well with them. The desserts were fun to make and tasty to eat. Her place is a bit further so plan a taxi ride over.

A fun hands-on experience - It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. It started with a warm welcome. Followed by an introduction to what we would be making. During the cooking process she was helpful every step of the way. After came the fun part of enjoying our freshly made desserts. I would highly recommend this.

Kyoto must-do - This was absolutely amazing, a highlight of my Kyoto trip for sure. The host, Miho, was incredibly personable and kind, made me feel welcome. She knows what she’s doing and explained how to make the sweets in an easy-to-follow way. If you’re at all interested in Japanese cooking, I’d say check out one of Miho’s classes and you will not be disappointed. Can’t recommend highly enough.
